  • @mamaxiy76 Yup! I also used the WeightLossAction.Info program and the result is really great!

  • Wow! Potential info for me and my jobs.

  • Thank you!!!

  • I can do that whole same workout with the Shake Weight in a lot less time.

  • Very good form. Finally a video I can watch without cringing b/c of poor form. So many people can't perform a proper kettlebell swing or a stability ball ham curl (they drop the hips instead of staying extended like you do). The only thing I would say is the 1 arm KB swing could be performed without leading with one shoulder (trying not to twist the t-spine). But, I guess that's just my opinion. But, overall, great stuff!

  • So should I do this and then HIIT the other day? If so for how long?

  • for 7awal:

Kettlebells will make u very strong, but if u will combo kb with push ups/ pull ups, bars, it will be even more better :)

    the choise is yours

  • can i rely on kettlebells to train my full body, or should i mix

  • I am going to have to substitute the leg curls with the stability ball with bootstrappers. I do not have a Stability Ball yet.

  • Damn, I'm impressed. I did two cycles and I'm shaking. Very impressed. You're not going to gain much mass, but an awesome short term substitute, or supplement to your usual routine.

  • good vid but not bodyweight. this is added weights.

  • For Freshhhh1982 : any exercise u do will eventually burn fat, its all about calories in Vs calories out. So eat less and train more and u'll lose fat!!!

  • bull shit .... eat right (healthy , low fat high card / protein ) train more .... eating less youll waste away

  • @nathanpatrick I tend to eat more when im training but eating healthy as i can, little and often !

  • cool stuff , thanks

  • Great video, good total body workout.

  • Hi I have a question. In any dept store you would see medicine ball and kettle bell in sport dept. Some of those medicine balls have handles on them, just like kettle bells. Do you know if there is any different between medicine balls with handles and kettle bells? What is the advantage and disadvantage of a medicine ball with handle? Can I be using the medicine ball with handle instead of kettle bell with the exercises that you are showing in this video? Thanks

  • I would suspect that the kettlebells are heavier. Most medicine bells go up to about 14 lbs, and kettlebells go all the way up to 100 lbs.

  • go with the kb, you will eventually move up in weight and medicine balls don't come in 20, 24kgs

  • Great video. I'll try this out!

  • Is this workout good for burning fat?

  • Great workout.

On mountain climbers, is it 20 total or 20 per side?

    Thanks,

    JB

  • Looks awesome, thanks for posting!

  • hey you have a phone call!

  • Not enough people look at the hand position in push ups.

    Good point well made mate

Time to get back over here and see Spurs this time, they're playing well :-)

  • looks great! can't wait to start putting my kettlebell to good use!

  • Awesome man thanks!

    looks intence!

( by the way) those extended push ups are amazing haha

  • Great Video!

    Tom

  • nice workout, but the in the kattable row exercise which is for the back u shouldn't drop ur shoulder when u lower the kattable. u had to keep ur shoulder straight with the other shoulder's level and fully extend ur arm.

anyways, it's a very nice workout that we can do at home.

  • Great workout. I had never heard of an extended pushup before, but I just tried it and it felt amazing. Very challenging core exercise.
