1) They start marching after he's shouted the order, so it's some kind of marching order, so not "die waffen, legt an".

2) You can clearly hear it's some form of English or Celtic from 0:18 in that clip.

3) The syllables are pronounced too distinct from each other to be "die waffen".

4) Related clips close by in sample archive this is taken from are in English

5) German drill commands use "gewehr", not "waffen".

5. German commands are waffen = weapon not gewehr = rifle

executions in contrast to how many people needed to be shot

a normal death squad was 5 large meaning a rifle death squad would shoot 5 people

above that the Machinepistol was used.

and in some cases the Machinegewehr mostly with a ditch behind the people

but i need the help of a virtual environment, a Ms2 environment called DOSBox 0.74, its really easy to use, i just finished the 14th allied mission today

something else, red alert 1 for pc is freewere, yes, it can be downloaded for free legally, i heard it was for giving red alert 3 publicity if you have good experience with Ms2, you'll play red alert in win7 in a minute, if you dont have any, it'll take you (like me) no more than 20 min
