great video.. although i watched a video that said that you should put the film in a closed area so dust does not get on it... do u see any problems with just leaving it in the open?
this is a great video, very helpful.. im learning to do my own black/white film and this has been one of the most useful bits of info ive found online. thanks!
im using a kodak stop bath and it says to add this concentrate to water in the proportion of 16ml per litre, 2 fluid ounces per gallon. so what is my dilution? haha i dont get it. also instead of distilled water can you use the photoflo?
@ghostsandgravity The dilution is 16ml of your kodak stop bath to 1ltr of water......? Isn't that obvious. If there are 1,000ml in 1ltr then the ratio is 0.16:1
Can you use water from a softener for the whole developing process?

I have questin:
is it important to use stop? I mean I have devoloper and fixer
so I did dev./water/fixer/water...

@melkor65 It should be fine. I was in a darkroom in a community centre and I can’t find the stop and did what you did and the film came out ok.

Once the stop is done, the film is no longer sensitive to light.
