Between the WV lotto, state and federal tax, and machine owners we(parlor owners) lose about 85% of every dollar our business makes. Before expenses. The WV Lotto needs to lower their 51% tax so parlors can properly staff and compensate employees and keep some of the money that come from the local communities in the community.

This guy is full of crap. The real answer is the tri state race track and casino was filling his pockets and passing table games and restricting Video lottery only benifits the race tracks.
The WV Lottery needs to take a look at this situation. The local parlors are getting screwed while the WVL and Video Lottery companies get rich.
As a Parlor owner. Parlors are taxed at such a rate that we are all forced to be under staffed, have poor employee wages, and an uncurtain bussiness future.
