All you have to do is read the emails...."Hide the Decline" was referring to temperatures...
"Special math trick" was used to once again, hide the fact that we've actually seen a decrease in temps over of the last decade or so..
The scientists had to leave out the MWP (middle ages warm period) in order to show that temps had gone up...when in reality we are only just as warm, and perhaps not even as warm, as it was then.
@vpritner If I were to assume that everything that the deniers is true about the e-mails, I still would look at the last 40 years of evidence in thousands of scientifically peer reviewed studies.
