@FishermansDick It's actually pretty easy to get used to, easier than a bicycle. You are "gliding" and your center of balance is different. Your feet are always able to contact the ground, where on a bicycle they are always on the peddles. You can get a better workout faster with less time involved on the GlideCycle, and people with all sorts of injuries are able to use the GlideCycle without any pain, or stress on their joints.
