@WorshipInTruth Lol, go to the SC2 general forums, there is a thread with over 2000 replies of suggestions. Most of battle.net 2 is great, but some of it is actually more of a downgrade compared to Battle.net 1. Specifically the custom game and map list system, it's terrible.

My only gripe with Battle.net is lack of an option to change your name in SC2, or have multiple profiles within your single copy. I wish they'd adopt the Steam method, which allows you to change your SN at any time. Other than that, it's a nice system.

The only thing I dislike about the new Battle.Net is a huge overlook. There are no chat channels like the ones you found in previous Blizzard games that allowed you to meet up with friend, strangers, and clanmates. It also gave you the ability to chat with people in other games. I hope they add in channel chat in a future patch.

Pradon my newb question, but when playing campaign mode you get to research protoss and zerg tech, and you get to update each and every unit you have like goliath shooting both missiles and guns at the same time etc. And then also the protoss and zerg tech i mentioned that you can research and use in campaign mode - question: Can that be used in MP mode as well? Or SP vs AI? I see upgrades but never those ones from the campaign. Thanks.

@i7fan The upgrades you purchase in Campaign cannot be used in multiplayer or against AI because that would make the Terran race completely stacked against the other 2 races in the game. Thanks for asking instead of complaining that you can't.

The new Battle.net service look like XBL and for me it's good think. It's much easier to make a party and blind matchmaking is better then search for a game in list. You chose what type of game you wanna play and click on quikmatch that's easy. One thing though i got some problem with the voip.
