So Zack here is my idea i will probably put this on two videos. When you say sky-dome do you mean a floating city because that would be sweet but underwater city would be amazing to see depending on how big it is. what i personally did with at my friends house was build a skydome which eneded up connecting to the underwater city with little level inbetween with diffrent stuff in them and cool scenery. i built 3 skydomes connected all together and then connected to the city. hope you like :).

I think this would be a fantastic idea. I think you should make multiple bio's jetting out of 1 HUGE main biome. Those small ones could have apartments/houses. I think a nice structure like thing/symbol above the city would be great too! You could also connect it to something else for example a sky biome. You could create a whole village system with a mayor, vice mayor etc. You could have a whole currency system going.

Make multiple domes. One big center dome and then other, smaller, domes connected to it by half-pipe tunnels. The domes could be glass while the tunnels would be something non-translucent. Kind of like some sorta moon base. Except it's under-water.
