I just don't understand why this series is getting so much hate if they would watch until the current episode then make judgement without being a bitch and bashing then people wouldn't be all up in arms. I love Gundam and it disappoints me that the fanbase acts like fucking children when Sunrise does not cater to their tastes. Sure AGE was a flop when it came to DVD/BR sales, but that doesn't mean it still can't be enjoyed it just means its underrated.

Sure it may not be Dark, gritty, and lolverydeep like older Gundam series, but the story is very good and it pisses me off to see people who call themselves true Gundam "fans" when they bash something so indiscriminately. If you were a true fan of the franchise you would check out every new series and if you hate it you hate it, but that does not give them the right to bash on videos and people who are enjoying the new series.

well.. if you have watched gundam before, you will notice that there is a lot of things that is copied from before. The Diva transformed is actually archangel with a poistorn cannon, and Gundam AGE-2 is nearly the same as 00 raiser

@01998jimmy Yeah dude...Gundam Age is basically a homage to the original Gundam series made in the 70's and 80's. Why do you think the Vagan's called the Diva "A real Trojan House?" And no, it wasn't a throwback to ancient greek mythology. I was meant to be a call back to what the Zeon pilots (specifically Char) called the White Base in 0079. The Trojan Horse. Maybe you should watch all (or at least most) Gundam series before judging a new series. You may learn a thing or two.

@wwwpwndcom doesn't mean it's bad, it just means it's underrated by ALOT. U have to admit, it is better than SEED or Destiny. 1000000x better than Destiny would be an understatement. In my opinion, this is officially my 3rd favorite in the Alternate Universes. Flit's also an overall better Pilot than Banager so far

Keep in mind this is from a few months back...BUT this was also during the average Fardain arc of the 1st generation. Considering how much the show has improved from there, I can only think that this show's ratings have improved. So where are YOU getting your info? Or are you simply hoping Age will fail, for a plethora of ridiculous reasons?

@ronnor001 For one, Gundam AGE has been doing worse than Seed, 00, Wing, G Gundam, Destiny, etc as far as TV viewers go. The DVDs have also been selling bad. They were aiming for a younger audience, but ironically the main viewer demographic are middle age men. Unicorn has been destroying AGE, and that's just an OVA that's released twice a year!

Also, I am glad AGE is doing poorly. Why? Because I love Gundam, and I hope it gets back on track. I hope they see their mistake with AGE.
