I'm not sure if you need more than cloves, wormwood, and witch-hazel to make this happen, but if that doesn't start making your skin boil and itch and come apart into sick stuff (ejected) and healthy stuff, I'll tell you the others privately sometime. The other part is keeping really low blood sugar.
I've nearly been cured of arthritis, gastrointestinal issues, dry skin, and of course, milia. I'm thinking that the allergies and bronchitis are short-timers, too.
Pretty sure they aren't warts. My nose pretty much came apart last month, and now, it's nearly perfect. What came out of my nose (and cheeks, and chin) was what I thought were "pores" (yeah).
It depends on which place at which time, but I got dramatically more healthy feeling through an assortment of auto-immune and psychosomatic skin conditions.
All you need to get rid of milia is a sterile needle. Pull the skin away from over the milia, get the needle in or under it and it pops out. My skin condition gives me a ton of milia, and I consider it the only perk of the disease.
I'm almost 'cured' (of something that the m-deities don't consider an illness). It's terribly symmetrical. I'm nearly done with arthritis, allergies, gastro-ailments and 'acne' (lots of variants of that--of which video is one) ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
Yes, it's much more interesting when you are doing it on your face. I recommend doing this treatment in pairs, as it's hard to pick the back of your own head.
The main herbs I'm going to release at this time are wormwood, cloves, and witch hazel. This is in conjunction with a super low carb diet (not low calorie, just low carb).
I'm working on a book chronicling the other herbs I'm using, just in case it's not the small set I mentioned above (I consume many herbs).
I think it's wormwood and cloves that are the inside herbs, with witch-hazel being on the exterior. I'm writing it all up.
This, BTW was diagnosed as 'neurodermatitis' (a psycho-somatic disease), while the same stuff on my head was diagnosed as seborrhea.
No other main side effects, but it happens everywhere, and as it does, other 'symptoms' go away (my arthritis is nearly gone, and my skin feels really 'clean' in a way I've never felt before).
i think that was a type of wart, my dad had something like that on the bottom of his foot, and he had to keep picking at it, a couple times a month until he finally got the root out, his was bigger though so you probaby got rid of it as long as you got it all out.
I would realy like to know what herbs you are taking.

This picking with tweezers takes more time than it's worth. If you don't see blood, the milia either isn't out, or wasn't worth picking at!

Could you please tell me which kinds of herbs you use?
