You are entitled to your opinion though. IMO, Kevin Sullivan > Paul E. Sullivan helped booked ECW before going to WCW and he said that Paul pretty much repackaged old school FCW, which if you look at it was definitely the source of ECW type of angles. I did like when Paul E booked Smackdown though.

Every idea Russo pitched was filtered through McMahon. Not only that but after Russo left and Chris Kreski took over creative, WWE's ratings went UP.
