  • Well, you don't have to believe anybody. See for yourself what he did for Prince William County. Here is a documentary that will tell you if his law really worked, and the effect it had in Prince William County. It is called 9500 Liberty.

  • It came from FAIR

  • Corey Stewart is some kind of moron.

  • Yeah Corey, you are calling the "Washington Post" editorial board "retreds"? You think you are smarter than they are? And you may want to shy away from big, fat comments regarding others, Corey. God, you are ridiculous.

  • man those politicians are doing something thats really criminal, in order to get votes they would take services away from children and old people!thats what they did in farmers branch texas! theyre what i like to call political whores! they will do anything to get re elected! thats what a whore would do. and normal americans are not, 60-70 year old racists people! americans come in all colors shapes and sizes, with or with out papers if i may ad.

  • Prince William, if he exists in the UK as Royalty is the head of the Narcotics Oragnizations of Europe.

    1. Commercial Stalking with the use of Newspapers & Advertisements,

    2. Real Estate Stalking Organizations to terrorize people, Economic Terrorism using Direct Marketers, Stalkers & personal Emotional Drama

  • I remember when I had my first beer.

  • Corey Stewart Re-Elected! November 6th, 2007.

Mark it as a win against Illegal Immigration and the pro-illegal immigrants who happen to go on youtube a little too much and post comments.

  • Wait, Stewart is criticizing for being, "big, fat, and content?"

Stewart pulled the race card in the most filthy way. He was/is weak and would not win as he had done nothing, so he pulled a "Dobbs" to galvanize the simple--a wicked and devious measure, a sickness. He is a limited man with an intellectually limited constituency.

  • LanoisTwins, I have already email blasted, how about you? StopStewart, did you see the Principi videos. He says the resolution will be revisited, presumably no matter who wins tomorrow, because they have only funded a small percentage of the 14.2 M. It was all show, all for the election, and then they can change their mind on taxing us to death. Let's hope they do.

  • As long as they spend the money on stopping illegal immigration I think its money well spent

  • @crashit0079

Watch this documentary and see for yourself what happened when he passed this law in our county. I hope you watch it, inform yourself and then have an opinion.

The name of the documentary is 9500 Liberty.

  • Besides the increased taxes mentioned in the video, there will be HIGHER TAXES because of the lack of funding. Start-up funding of $325,000 was approved, but it is projected to cost $14.2M over 5 years. This excludes public education and review of the measure's fairness. Stewart's solution is to raid the county's contingency fund of $796,000. After FY 2008, he doesn't know how to fund it besides "trimming" more county services. (He does say that he will leave it to county staff to figure out.)

  • (cont'd from above)

Realistically, county residents will pay HIGHER TAXES to implement the resolution, on top of paying an average increase of $257 in property taxes. In addition to declining property values, the county is expected to have a $10M revenue shortfall and county police services are projected to be cut by $575,000.

  • I would like to hear from people who will be voting for Corey Stewart and/or John Stirrup. What are their reasons? How can they justify the sinister, even diabolical, actions of these selfish men?

AuntieM, if we want everyone to see this, we shoud be email blasting this to everyone we know in Prince William.

  • (cont'd from above)

There are 2 interpretations that aren't mutually exclusive: (1) either it is an election issue or, (2) at minimum, Stewart and Stirrup displayed their willingness to promote an underfunded, fiscally irresponsible resolution. The traditional Republican is fiscally conservative. Not these "public servants". They seem to belong to a party unto themselves.

  • you guys, why didn't you post this sooner? every voter should see this before tuesday. the taxes the taxes the taxes the taxes! it all makes sense now.
