The substances that platelets release (ADP, Tromboxane A2, serotonin) wheres the vasoconstriction (first step of hemostasia) then the platelet adhesion by Von Willebrand Factor, then the Intrinsec Factor (XII, XI) and extrinsic factor (ll, Vl) active Factor X (common pathway) and Factor X with PF3. Ca, V, X activate prothrombine into thrombine, thrombine acts on Fibrinogen by activating it in Fibrine and with factor
