Max Payne 1 on the ASUS Eee PC

@CONN3R1 What do you want to know? It's been a while since I posted this vid, I may well have upgrdeed the ram, and possibly soft over clocked the CPU, but apart from that, it's a standard issue EeePc 701

I've tried to install the game on my pc but it doessn't work. So I downloaded it illagly but the sound doessn't work. how do i fix the sound?!??!?!?! plzz replyy!!!!

@Alle1222 For some reason, Youtube won't let me post a link to the site I found for help, so here is what you must do. Go to your search browser (google, yahoo, etc) search for Payne Reactor, click the link that has an address as paynereactor. com, then click the tab at the top of the site that says Max Payne. Go to Troubleshooting Windows 7 and Vista, click the link, and then scroll down to the paragraph similarly named. This is what I used to help myself.

its not that hard. piratebay eeexp 2.0. mount as iso. run an app found on google, which burns as iso on usb. install.

it wont work sicne HL2 needs open GL video support i beilieve this sub-notebook does not have this feature, sorry to bust your bubble.

HL2 works on EEE PC without Problems. You can see it in another Video here on youtube. ;)

wow ur right! sorry, how is this possible? is there internal video ram? i mean what type of ram does this machine take?

Its DDR2 Ram and a shared Memory Chip. And the speed of the DDR2 seems to be as fast as the Ram of an ordinary (slow) graphics card, wich can handle HL2. :) Some shared memory chips can simulate Direct3D and OpenGL I think, thats the cause why it works.

i dont know if this model have it, but most Asus eee models have the Intel GMA 900 as IGP
