That Big Good Wolf is the same puppet as used for Jackman Wolf and the Big Bad Wolf in the "School for Huffing and Puffing" segment and other post-1989 appearances.

Well, if you ask me, I think the 3 pigs were arrested for stupidity, probably played for comic effect. That's a real excellecnt flick though. :)
