I am a new rider and have been looking at sport bikes and cruisers and the fury has by far caught my attention. Is this bike forgiving and easy to ride?
since when is a 1300cc engine something to turn your nose up at? ive ridden 800cc cruisers and they would do 100mph. and if engine power is your thing you shouldnt be riding a cruiser motorcycle anyway.
if you own this bike you should check out LOWANDMEAN's website they have the best aftermarket air systems, speedometer faces, front and rear fenders and lights, and the only lowering kit on the market check it out.
Salt dont worry about haters. Post a harley and people will say it leaks oil. Post a Big Dog and people will say you spent too much money. All that matters is how much you like the bike.
Salt dont listen to them bro you got a nice bike they're just mad because not everyone in the world likes what they do some people just dont like difference it's a shame really

HAHAHAHa you think you got a nice bike? WHAT A PIECE!!! how much power does that thing make, what 120? bet it will ALMOST do interstate speeds. haha how much you spend on that air brushing? im guessing to much since it looks like an amateur did it. ever heard of chrom rims? or how bout a 360 rear tire?
its a good things its "designed" to look pretty, cuz i couldnt tell it by looking at it.
If I wanted a chopper that couldn't handle or ride well I would have bought something like you describe. A dangerous machine some yahoo glued together in his garage.
@565Customz Wow. First off, I have no idea how much HP these make, but this "measly 120" that you're barkin about is plenty. On any bike! I do know that the Triumph Rocket III "only" makes 140. And it will pull a tire up, or break one loose at will. And its a big damned bike. I guess you ride a Boss Hoss by the sound of it??? hahahah. Also, 360 rear tires are worthless if you actually ride your bike. They're all show, and no g....err...lean. I guess they might be useful on that Hoss.
@565Customz To each his own....you couldn't pay me to ride a Suzuki, either. But then again, I enjoy having something a little bit different then everything else on the road.
And I think it's pretty much common knowledge that Honda engineering is seconed to none. They aren't always the fastest, but almost always handle the best, and are put together better than just about anything. And they last.
As far as custom chop's, they're all show. Not reliable or rideable. Fury gives you it all.
@565Customz I'll bet that you'd ride a chopper, any chopper, for the right price. For example: I have a 1963 Panhead sitting in a Paucho hard-tail frame. Wouldn't you ride it it from Yuma, AZ to Bullhead City if I agreed to pay you $1200?
If I'm not mistaken there are a whole lot 1300cc Harley's on the road. As far as a chopper with a bigger engine? It's waste. This thing is designed to ride and look pretty.
Not to mention I already have a 110 ci and a 96, 1300 fit in nicely.
salt dont worry about those fuckers...people who waste time on negative comments are funny...coming up with useful info or constructive critique is difficut for them because it takes a lil intelligence.
sick burn and you are right i dont think those two (Mrs.Dav68 and 565Customz) are true bikers kuz if they were they wouldnt bash other people's rides, some people just dont understand that not everyone likes what they like
It's FI. The hyper charger just acts as an air filter. No prob with install.
Saltydog55252 6 months ago
I see you got the hypercharger put on it looks awesome. Did you have any problems doing it with the fuel injected bike? or is this one carborated?

NICE! You've done a good job. (Probably still doing) Nov. 11th, 2009 and you've already done all that work. What's it like now?
1dreamingfrog 1 year ago
@1dreamingfrog Not much, took off the fork deflectors, and the Honda badges. Decided to remove the windscreen as well.
Something about the back tire and fender bothers me.
