@JphoenixOfficialTv calm down. anger leads to hate, and hate leads to suffering. is that the life you really want? learn to meditate and rejoice with those around you. may the force be with you.
@ajhrockerboy6 IM SORRY, YOUR RIGHT, CAN I AKS YOU SUMTHING... WILL THIS WORK FOR ANYONE? LIKE PEOPLE WHO ARE SET IN THEY'RE WAYS?
AM I STUPID FOR BELIEVEING THAT EVEN WHEN SOMEONE GETS IN MY FACE AND BRINGS UP MY PAST HOW I WAS WRONG THAT I CAN STILL CONTROL ANGER? AND OTHER EMTIONS? IS THAT TRUE?
@JphoenixOfficialTv Yes. Your emotions are chemical reactions in the brain, and you can learn to control those reactions. Anger is always caused by desire. Seems odd. ....
@architectus777 ...but think about it. When we get angry it is because we desired a different result. We didn't get what we desired, so we get angry. It is like a child throwing a fit
@architectus777 You desire for your past to NOT be brought up, and when you don't get what you desire, you get angry. Simply stop desiring that. Stop caring what people think. :)
thank for this I had a boy friend for a year and he told me 2 months ago that for 6 month he was trying romaine me see that he only wanted me for one thing and this helped me hank you so much your awesome
@architectus777 is it okay to feel sorry for someone who is set in their ways? i'm not sure if i can ever see this person being compassionate/understanding...
I think you have something valuable here but the cadance of your speech and your phone as a pedulum, is too fast to get the person into a alpha relaxed state. Because of the rapidity of your speech, you end up using the wrong tense of words. I found this distracting.
wow thank you. its midnight and i cant fall asleep. was talking to a person who pretty much control my life and i feel so angry it couldn't even breath a while ago..
im so depressed that i even searched youtube how do i feel better and i found this!
Im trying to apply this to martial arts to help me be relaxed during combat. It is hard for me to get relaxed sometimes because my body starts to get excited and and tenses up even though im constantly trying to stay relaxed. This video gave me some things to think about, i thank you, but do you have any other tips?
Really brilliant video. Your totally true at the end of 13:40, ye it's the R complex of our brain that why were not our selfs when were angry, sad, fear, hate. The negative energy they feed from. Yes love, positiveness is the key and having that focus and control and most important, is recognizing when, where and why. You feel those emotions, thanks ^^
ur makeing me even more angryer
