when he says hes puting the jacks on the midle of the deck, hes not using the jacks. hes using another 3 cards. where did they came from? easy. look at 0:46. when he picks the 4 jacks at the same time, hes actualy picking plus 3 cards

so he flips 3 jacks as you can see at 0:47

and keeps in his hand the jack of clubs and 3 random cards (wich hes using to put in the midle of the deck)

so the 3 random cards go to the midle of the deck and the other 3 jacks he flipped are below the jack of clubs
