He get's width with his right arm and right side because he physically can't with his left arm....I heard he broke his left arm badly as a child and has always had trouble extending it to it's full length....Sure it's a home grown swing...but if you look at him from the front angle, his wrists and club are PERFECT at impact.

He has suffered from a lot of wrist injuries especially his left wrist, and has to compensate for it. He still plays the Callaway FT-3 driver with 6.5 deg of loft.

As to whether the swing being ugly, I'll refrain from commenting on it, no one but him can understand his playing mentality, the injuries he has to deal with, and what he has to do with his swing to allow him to play.

I have actually seen Jeev put 6 balls out of 10 on a towel 270 yds away, with a driver. When he was younger, he would practice hitting his ball with his driver through a small tyre hung up.
