I'm part of Arthur's family and I posted this. The credits say U.S. Dept of Agriculture and nothing about Arthur. I got it from the Market Foundation, but I think they mixed up the film the Boultons had given them by Arthur and this one.

Yes, this is a film made by Arthur Goodwin - you can search on youtube and see that his family has posted it as well. This is a good print.
