But I also have a layer of Green behind my big blue screen. I've used both colors.

I prefer the Green though, because Blue is a more common color than obnoxious bright lime green is.

When the lighting is just right though, they both work very well, but then again, any bright solid color will work fine, as long as the lighting is CONSISTENT and the BG color is not found in the foreground subjects.

It's just a picture of the sky~ It was a nice day..... You know..... The kind of day where the SKY is deep blue, but there are still some really trippy bone white clouds kinda "STREAMED" all through it~

I just ran the picture through some color filters, added a slight "SPECIAL EFFECT" and zoomed and panned on it, and "WHALLA".....

It pretty much became a "BACKGROUND VIDEO" at that point. :`D

You know, your right, On this particular song I do play the bass a little diferent than I normaly do~ I can "ATTACK" with a pick or I can "ATTACK" with my fingers.....

But, on this tune I'm kind of "PLUCKING" a simple TRIAD chord form the whole time.

The bass is tuned to LOW D, i.e. "DROP D" so I can consistently "FINGER THAT TRIAD" rather easily~ I'm kinda "PULLING" on the 3 strings a little bit though

IT's interesting to me that you picked up on that~ Good eye / ear.

I just like to take care of things myself~

There is nothing like being in a "REAL BAND" where everyone puts in their own two cents, but conversely, there is nothing like being in a "VIRTUAL BAND" where one person, aka myself, does everything

It is a totaly unique chemistry and sound all unto itself~

It can't help but be a very "SELF-CENTERED" sound, but thats not necessarily a BAD THING.

People have been doing this kind of thing since multi-track recording was invented.

That whole share video with "ALL CONTACTS" has NEVER worked properly to the best of my knowledge. Sometimes it works better than other times, but it ALWAYS leaves out batches of "FRIENDS" in giant chunks. The only way it's reliable is to do like 10 at a time~

I know what you mean about the "OFF THE HOOK" sound effect being "DISTRACTING"....

My wife freaked out and was all "CHECK THE PHONE, CHECK THE PHONE!... the 1st time she saw and heard this video~ LOL...

The effect is a holdover from the original video I made for this song, but the visual never made it to the final that I've posted here on YT. It was a "PLAY ON WORDS / SOUNDS" in reference to certain "people" just simply being "TOO MUCH" aka OFF THE HOOK.

I don't know what to say, it's a departure from your norm, and that's always a good thing.

The sound quality is top notch, as always, as is the performance. I got kind of an "island" feel to this piece. Were you using a Nashville tuning on the Tele?

I like it alot, I'm sure there's some deeper meaning to it, but this just seems like a song that would be easy to chill to.

I'm just using my usual tuning method of "PERFECT 5THS".....

My brother told me that STANLEY JORDAN uses that tunning method as well~

I've always used the PERFECT 5THS method.

I learned to play Guitar that way~

In one sense, It "LIMITS me, but then again, in another sense, it "LIBERATES" me as well~

It takes away certain "BASIC FINGERING CHORD POSITIONS, but it "ENABLES" a different kind of voicing for the very same reason.
