@gaara372 those arent BOS members, those are some of your companions with a power armor, in the original game you cant see when they wear that armor, but you can with a mod :D

@stumpyp13 He has the Restoration Mod-- An unofficial patch that "restores" most of the stuff that was meant for the final game, but was cut prior to the launch. One of the features that is included in the patch is the ability for your companions to show the actual armor they are wearing... PLUS CASSIDY HAS A TALKING HEAD! :D

@stumpyp13 if you downloaded the killap patch you can actually see their armor, faces, places like if you saw the video at the beginning you see EPA that is a new place it can also be a mod

Must be an older version of killaps resoration project. When I do this one, only one of the enclave soldiers has a Gauss pistol and the rest have H&K G11E.

Kilaps KICKS ASS! Seriously, the guy constantly updates that mod and after I installed it. It felt like I had installed an expansion for Fallout 2. It pretty much is an expansion to fallout 2 actually. Great mod!
