Very nice. Since we had kids who did not like spicy hot foods, I came up with a mild but full flavored chili. The adults add red pepper flakes and hot sauce at the table, the kids eat theirs without the fire. Everyone is happy! I really like this recipe of yours and I want to give it a try.
