  • My ears have fucking melted!

  • ok...whats the name of the track put in the intro ?

  • that configuration used in the metal muff?

  • Hey max, i am planning to buy Jackson JS35WR warrior..

Its cheap but looks the exact same..

    How is it..

  • wats diff between this and JS35WR ???

  • @ninjaduderantaro

Slightly different neck profile, different pickups too.

  • why do the weightlifter's always use Jacksons?

  • Jackson Warrior for a Warrior

  • @12vleo

    \m/

  • To all of you considering the purchase of this model: google "Jackson WRXMG" or "WRXTMG" if you prefer hardtail guitars. WRXT is a nice guitar, but there is a new X series - check it out on the Jackson website. MII neckthru guitars. Very nice for the money you pay.

  • hey max how are you doin'man?? i have a question about the ltd m100fm

i did just buy one and i want to change the pickups..

wich ones would you put in it??? :)

  • @evilivyesp

That's a tough question...so many options. Maybe Dimarzios? EVO?

  • I didn't know Zack Bagans from Ghost Adventures played guitar!

  • you should grow hair and act like a viking. now!

  • Great! Just naught one of these babys today it cost me £450 pretty cheap compared to the above comments right? Great vid :)

  • just wondering how tall u are cuz im 6ft4 and i make the kellys and the rhoads vs look tiny ive never used any other jacksons

  • @MrSeanJensen

I am somewhere between you, and Warwick Davis.

  • @MaxxxwellC lol i get it because hes a midget im guessing your like 5ft8

  • @MrSeanJensen

    5'9"

Glad you got the joke. I thought you would have to google that!

  • Skazi.

  • What the hell? 550$?

I just ordered one here in Norway for the equivalent of 1000$!

Oh well, still kinda cheap compared to the quality it seems

  • @theKaarvaag1 - You paid 1000 $ for this model (WRXT)?

That would be unreasonable and completely bloated price for this guitar...Even here in Croatia WRXT costs less than 800 $.

  • @frozenflameshine Yes,the WRXT upgrade. I thought this was the same model, but I could be wrong. Then again, pretty much all guitars are expensive as hell here

  • Man Nice Manowar Poster!!!! i got the same :)

  • @EliteGamer121

Thanks. I've also got the Agony and Ecstasy one where the guy is holding the severed head at the end of the stairway. Hail! \m/

  • Holy shit your biceps are huge.

  • Stick to lifting weights, JACKASS!

  • Dude, where'd you get it in blue?! I can only find it in black & red!!!!

  • @SuperNotNoob I got one in blue. I would let you know where I got it but I bought it from a friend, so no clue haha.

  • Grow your hair out!!!

  • I think Im getting this

  • emg 81/60 pop in it

  • I plan to get a Jackson Warrior. They feel amazing.

  • Yes.

  • I heard that if you get a guitar like this, you'll have to get multiple guitars for different tunings, is this true?

  • @Wakemeup456 you'd just have to unlock the tremolo and tune it to whatever you'd like

  • @anonymouslol O.O I feel slow.

  • @Wakemeup456

The problem with re-tuning a guitar with a Floyd Rose style trem (like this one) is that going to a lower tuning generally requires adjusting the tension of the springs on the back of the guitar. If you don't do this it causes action and bridge problems. So the guitar can be re-tuned, yes, but realistically it takes too long to do in between songs at a show, which is why people bring multiple guitars for different tunings when they play live. \m/

  • I see you use the shakeweight as well

  • I have the exact same guitar, trans blue finish and all. Except I took out the neck pick-up and put in the MAB pick-up. The sound is soooooo much better!

  • @f0kface

Nice! The MAB pickup is sick.

  • I'm selling a black version of this guitar contact me for info If interested.

  • I'm thinking of getting the Jackson js series warrior as my starter guitrar, will it be difficult to sit down with and play?

  • is the jackson wrxt warrior basswood or alder

  • 6 ppl cant afford dis

  • Also is Jackson the only brand that makes this body shape?

  • @JakedaSnake747 bc rich has the stealth model and ibanez has the xiphos model which comes close but thats all that i know of... also ran guitars has a shape called the obscura which look better in my opinion you can try these if you like but good like finding ran guitars though they make customs only!

  • @JakedaSnake747 bc rich have a this guitar stealth check out

  • I found a warrior for 250 U.S.D. is it good to buy or will it be a piece of crap? it's from a great store but idk

  • based on ur style of playing i can see why u choose the trans "blue" color.....haha puns :P

  • the muscles @_@

  • i totally agree with the staying in tune thing. i actually tried it out and was very impressed by it and when i saw this review i also found out other cool stuff i hadn't noticed so thanks man.

  • Nice vid! I love my Warrior to death. It IS a little different than yours, though. Mine is chrome/black finish with Jackson solid Humbucker pickups and dot fretboard. It has no whammy bar or tremelo bar, just a through-body string base. I do agree that it is a fantastic guitar, its the best sounding metal beast I've EVER heard through a 30 or above metal style amp. For around 800 dollars it's pretty damn hard to beat.

  • STAYS IN TUNE? MY ASS!!!

i got this guitar when it first came out and 2 weeks later the little black trim around the pickups started cracking and if you left it sit for more hten an hour that damn thing would b out of tune. i only had that guitar for about 2 years and 18 months of that was spent tuning.

  • @Bajungadustin not in my case !

the guitar is awesom, clean and distorted and stays in tune perfectly !

  • @Bajungadustin You should have returned it, mine has never had an issue.

  • Is it comfortable?

  • I was actually ALIVE when the first ones appeared, I was surprised they brought it back, but I believe FAN demand had an impact in that, can't say I heard that story though. As far as ground based stands, you could lean it on the bottom horns so it rests neck wise without falling, or a SWIVEL stand so that the bottom can rest off the ground within the lower wings (I use one for other BC Rich guitars and it works great

  • hahaha sick guitar and big biceps. nice combinations

  • Dude you're probably so ripped from fast picking huh? ....or maybe from an action with similar motion... who am I to judge.... anyhoo nice playing and thanks for the review

  • Sweet guitar. It WILL sit on a standard guitar stand. I have one by "FretRest" and it sits about an inch off the ground...

I just got my Jackson Warrior (JS32) on Friday.

  • steroids dont help ur playing hhahahaa

  • i want one, sad face -----> :(

  • its a basswood body not mahogany

  • I just got mine Today!!

  • Comment removed

  • What is the song that is played by you @3:00 ?

  • @MaxxxwellC : Do you know ??? Please tell!!

  • the intro was recorded with that jackson?

  • @natapitapeta Not sure. Its possible, but he uses that song in all of his review videos.

  • Man ! This guitar is a Baby ! ! I freaking love It ! !

I play mostly Metal and hard rock And It Does the job Greatly !

While buying , i went through a couple of guitars in this range but hell yeah , None can beat the Jackson Warrior WRXT ! xD

  • excellent review my friend. ive had my warrior for about 5 years now, except i've got straight black with jackson stock pickups (passive, unfortunately) and a hardtail. the transparent blue is absolutely gorgeous though. obviously i'm extremely biased, but in my mind no guitar will ever beat the warrior for any sort of metal.

  • Thanks a lot for making the video man, I had read some reviews that stated that it didn't really stay in tune at all. I'm going to get the guitar I've been wanting now because of your review; it's the one with the trans black finish. Thanks for the vid!!

  • cool

got this same one (same color even) a few weeks ago to be my bck up guitar

cept it came with a seymour duncan dimebucker in the neck (who the fuck would put that it in the neck)

so the tone is a bit confused sounding n shit

but that getting fixed soon as i gt the money

anyway i noticed it soudned a bit quacky playing the neck pickup on clean in your video

i thought that was interesting, usually the other way around

  • I'm getting a Warrior 2 weeks from the time I posted this comment, and I wanted to check out some reviews to expect from a guitar like that. Even though I'm getting a JS32 Warrior w/ Floyd Rose.

  • Nice =)

  • I didn`t know that Arnold Schwarzenegger plays guitar

  • maybe an odd question but i was wondering what you were recording the audio with on this video? also where is the mic placed?

  • @BurningBethlehem

    It's just the camera mic.

  • @MaxxxwellC oh cool. i checked out all of the warrior models. i really want one but im on a budget and im not really a fan of tremolo bars. do they sell wrxt models without the tremolo?

  • @BurningBethlehem

I don't think they do. They have the less expensive models without trems, but those have cheaper pickups and also a different neck profile.

  • @MaxxxwellC i like the feel of the ones wthout the trem more than i the ones with the floyd rose. on jacksons anyway

  • @BurningBethlehem just block the tremolo. look it up on google. its super easy.

  • @BurningBethlehem look for them on guitar center used i see one that is about 200 dollars and no tremelo and i consider it a decent price

  • @BurningBethlehem they have one with a fixed bridge and its about 350 without tax

  • will this fit in a ordinary gig bag or do you need some huge hardcase? im looking into selling my bc rich warlock and when i do i dont want to have the same problem with my new guitar

  • @metalmania131

There are a few hardcases available but they are pretty big. There are also cheaper bags you can get too.

  • @MaxxxwellC it fits in any explorer model case or bag, i myself have a hardcase (explorer model)

  • Get some tats dude. Great review.

  • @5:12 his strings go dancing XD

  • I LOVE Floyd Rose LOCKING TREMOLOS!!!! They aren't as difficult as Edge II or III are and they have a much wider range.

  • @spacestate Edge trem's arent very difficult you just have to have the attention span to learn how to set them up right. Sense its a different tremolo its a different setup. I find they're a lot more reliable, last longer, and keep their tune more properly.

  • @spacestate

Another great comment man. I do like the ZR trems though.

  • enough of this science lessons just play man!!!!!!!!!!!!! so that we can listen

  • I have this guitar and I have become so tired of the shape, but it is a quality guitar.

  • moongrock- another thing to try when tuning down is getting a tremsetter installed at your local guitar store

  • Jackson Warrior or Ibanez Xiphos?

    Sadly i can't afford both :'-(

  • I don't think you should play the guitar. I think you should pick up Thors Hammer!

  • i was going to buy this exact kind of guitar but black, but i passed up for a Ibanez RG something... :( just because it had a nob that was looose and it was 2nd hand, but it sounded sooooo nice, i regret it cuz i am a fellow metal head XD

  • ibanez xiphos is better

  • @nuschger2 On the contrary, I owned an XPT700 Xiphos before and I've never had so much trouble setting up a guitar before. The tremelo never stayed in tune, even when I put 5 springs in it. And the neck dive was absolutely terrible, like I'd be playing one minute then I take my hand off the neck and the headstock fell all the way to the ground. It is a great sounding guitar, but should never be played standing up

  • Why is it hard to tune down a guitar with whammy bar?

  • @Moongrock

It's not hard as long as you don't mind "setting it up" for that tuning. You need to adjust the trem springs in the back of the guitar if you're tuning down, otherwise the bridge won't stay in the proper position.

  • STEROIDS!!!!

  • My dad used to be a bodybuilder, he can't play the guitar though... lol.

Again a nice review dude, keep it up!!!

  • hey, awesome vid! :-) when your playing standing up, does the jack stick into your leg?

  • @metalkid72

Thanks. No, no problems when standing up.

  • u look like spinner from degrassi >_> this guitar fukin rocks!!!

  • I know this question may sound like a pain in the frikkin' ass but does the tremolo system stay in tune?

  • steroids?

  • does this guitar have 24 frets?

  • @guitardude671 lol, he said near the beginning 24 frets

  • @DimebagsZombie ha lol im not getting this guitar anymore anyway but thanks

  • @guitardude671 lol, me neither, i'm going for a razorback instead

  • @DimebagsZombie sweet razorback's are my favourite guitars im getting an Ibanez GRG170DX now

  • @guitardude671 sweet, i played on an ibanez before, it sounded good, the neck was just too thin for my tastes, like even thinner than a jackson kind of thin, yea, maybe i just had a bad one though

  • @DimebagsZombie i like a thin necked guitar easier to do slides and play fast

  • @guitardude671 it's just my opinion, i like the slimness level of razorbacks and most jacksons, but the ibanez had a neck that seemed too fragile

  • @DimebagsZombie nice everyone has there personal playing preferences

  • @guitardude671 gibsons get way too thick imo

  • @DimebagsZombie dunno whether there the same thickness as an epiphone's but on a n epiphone les paul the neck isn't too thick but also not too thin

  • @guitardude671 friend of mine has a gibson explorer & it just seems too thick

  • god i HATE LOCKING TREMOLOS!!!! They are such a pain in the ass to maintain!!!!

  • @VonHendrixTV

Love them and they will love you back!

  • @MaxxxwellC I have a bc rich warlock with a floyd rose......i love how it stays in tune, but i use alternate tunings......(like drop C or B standard) and its a pain in the ass to maintain!!! i have to spend $50 each time i change the strings!!!!

  • @VonHendrixTV if you put the exact same gauge of strings on but a new set then it should stay fine

  • @VonHendrixTV and don't detune their only made to be set for one tuning

  • @MaxxxwellC lol can you make a video on your work out/diet routine?

  • im not really sure is is possible to put like some EMGs or some Blackouts into this guitar?

  • @asumo123

    of course it is.

  • thats the cheap on

  • So uhh...

Any tips on how to get in shape?

    Haha.

    Seriously dude.

  • I'll work my ass off, prostitute myself out, I don't give a fuck HOW I get the money, but I am so getting that guitar. And uh, you're ripped. Put up a work out vid dude xD

  • lol you must have a better whammy than mine it always goes out of tune lol :D still awesome i love my wrxt

  • i know this is a review on the guitar, but nice guns. no homo. lololol

  • Hey!, I call you the heavy metal body building guitarist!

  • que hermosa guitarra yo voy a comprar una pero rojaa

  • When the guitar was on the clean channel i was like ok, then i heard the distortion and it blew my mind, did not know that the metal muff sounded that good on a Behringer

  • Te pasas de mamado, no mames, ni tocas bien cabron, ja ja ja, saludos!!!

  • which one is better, jackson warrior or Demmelition V ?????

  • @Padussa id go for the v...

  • @Padussa Honestly theres about a 600 quid difference and you can only play one of them sitting down. But I'm torn myself actually

  • Max, a couple of things seem off about this review. Mainly the fact that it's made of basswood, not alder, and it was made in Japan, not Korea.

  • what country was this guitar made in?

  • @proUterForum

    Korea.

  • @MaxxxwellC

khm.. I think it is made in Japan.

Anyway, nice review! And nice playing. And nice muscles. And nice amps. And nice... :)

  • @proUterForum Japan.

  • its a total douchebag guitar

  • @jrtaylor559 lol

  • Man keep kickin ass, thanks for review.

  • Hey im thinking about getting a jackson such as this, only im a little unsure. I want to play progressive metal/rock ....like dream theater and such, I take alot of influence from petrucci, kiko loureiro etc. Is a jackson like this suited for progressive metal? or should i go for something like an ibanez since i was also thinking of getting dimarzio crunch lab pickups???

  • Not really suitable for blues, but it is a killer metal guitar!!

  • Comment removed

  • im looking at ordering a warrior wrxt online but i wanna make sure before i do so that the whammy bar on the tremolo system can bend upwards, i know some guitars with floyd rose cant do that... anyone know?

  • @jscott339 hey, the wrxt can :) i have one

i tried to write englisch ;) sry

    up the irons!

  • @jscott339

Yes this one can bend (pull) upwards.

  • ah and great manowar poster!

    up the irons

  • can i play blues also withe the guitar? i mostly play heavy,thrash,power.. metal but i´m also a big blues fan b.b king and so on..

    sorry for bad englisch haha

  • Someone's working out O_O

  • I think they were in production as early as 1988. On the decline of western civilization part 2 video, a band featured in the documentary, Odin, Had a lead guitarist that played a jackson warrior custom.

  • @lovethegame777

You sure it wasn't a Jackson Kelly?

  • @MaxxxwellC Man very nice playing and explaining and stuff. I got an ibanez grg170dx but i think as i see videos that jackson gets lot better in riffs and palm muted more heavy etc do you agree

  • @MaxxxwellC

I just checked the video out again, your right its a kelly.

    My bad bro

  • @lovethegame777

All good man. That's a great documentary, always fun to watch.

  • @MaxxxwellC Oh for sure.

I actually liked london and seduce on that documentary. Megadeth goes without saying, but I looked into london and seduce.

I couldn't find any of there stuff anywhere. I was pretty disappointed

  • @lovethegame777 it is older or newer than the b.c. rich stealth?

  • @IchigoBto I'm not quite sure. B.C. Rich was real big in the 80's with hair and glam bands trying to find the most outragous guitar around. Thats a good question. I just can't tell you for sure bro. Sorry

  • Im getting one of this, thanks for the review... it helped :)

  • yeah men... i have a king V, but is not confortable for steady playing. And my first Yamaha guitar already not like me. I think buy a confortable guitar... and this warrior is suitable. Thanks by the review.

  • @jage1985 Oooooh, i review the guitars... and the WRMG an WR1 is amesome...

  • Damn those are some high output pickups.....DAMN,
