I've been trying to grow my hair so I've stopped using heat except every blue moon like you said and I am going to stop using my brush right now, it has those bumps at the ends! Gotta get a boar bristle brush. :-)

There is no stopping you now girl is there? LOL, I use those little bands for my daughter in her hair. Hers is waist long, but is a mixture of my thick hair and her dads afro hair, so its enormous when untethered LOL. We use some of the products you mentioned,and also tossed the brush you showed when we realised it was pulling out too much hair and her hair was breaking. keep up the good work. Beverley
