The reason why these women go this route has to do with circumstances. Many of them suffered severe abuse when they were growing up. Not all of them were victims of sexual abuse, but you're not gonna find many women in porn who grew up in a loving and nurturing environment. The problem isn't drugs. The problem is society and how we treat each other. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with porn itself. These girls who are trying to ban porn need to get to the root of the problem.

I got the impression that Christy Canyon was not being honest. She hesitated, her eyes flitted away from the camera on many occasions, she seemed nervous. ms Slubben on the other hand never wavered, her voice was steady and her eyes locked right onto the interviewer. There really can't be anything "good" about the physical cost of being a porn actor or actress. The mental and spiritual costs are way too high IMO.

I should confess that I'm a twenty-seven year old male who was first exposed to porn during adolescence and has had an ongoing addiction to porn for the past fifteen years. It is only recently that I've become fully cognizant of the negative impact porn is having, not only on the performers but also on the viewers (like me) as well as society as a whole.
