Make more of a triangle shape with your arms at address and keep that same look all throughout your swing to the top an through impact. Also try to become a little more hinge in your wrist so that you can get to the top of your swing easier and more sqaure with your clubface at the top of your swing so your not so flat.
Your swing plane is too flat for a 7 iron. That is causing you to be laid off at the top of the swing. Notice where the club is pointed at the top....its laid off behind you. Try to swing more upright by getting that left arm more verticle on the way back. Also, you are swaying your hips. Keep them still and just let them rotate. Pretend that someone is holding them in place for you and only allowing them to rotate...not sway.

Hi,
Maybe a bit quick in the tempo, and globally tense that leads to a limited backswing (not a full one).
Major issues : tension & tempo.
