obvious..carson invented the late night comedy talk show but was too bland for anyone born after 1967,conan is the current king cuz daves been doing it so long u cant keep it up forever. at the end of the day, daves the coolest version of this particular art form..BAR NONE. Even now,tho slower, he interviews the best. older people unaccustomed to unsympathetic ironic wit or a person too young to have seen dave in his prime might disagree.I welcome all arguments for or against. Dave is the King!!!
I've been looking for this for a couple years now. Thanks for posting this! I remember laughing my ass off when this originally aired and 14 years later, it's still funny!
Hi, i heard kleinoverhill only had two parts of this episode, as it was recorded at the end of a VHS tape. Those were the days when we actually ran out of tape, which is too bad. If anybody out there has the rest, i'm sure klein would also be thrilled to see the rest. Enjoy :)
Yeah I would love to see the last part myself, The manager Dave was our boss there and he is shown at the end of the whole thing waving to the camera. It was a great gag they played.
Hey, great to hear from you! big apololgies, sadly this was only recorded at the end of the VHS tape, so we ran out before we get to see the manager Dave waving. I was 13 at the time and i phone and spoke briefly to Barbera (like she wasn't probably sick of kids calling her up because of the show) - I will however seek and hopefully find the rest of the tape - thanks for your comment Iridium242.
Hey, thanks for what ya got. I never got to see the video until they did a re-run a few weeks later then never again.. so I was happy for what you were able to show here.
I was working in the store that day and got to meet Bruce Willis when he finally came over to say hi.. it was a neat memory of working there back then.
@rivercraig yeah, sorry mate. Kleinoverhill has passed away since this video was added, he didn't have part 3, the video tape ran out at the end of this part two clip. sorry about that.
