Cardio is needed, I didnt do cardio for 7 years, recently I added just 10 minutes a day, and I have got so much stronger and I dont fatigue or burn out as quickly. I am stilly gaining muscle on my arms and everywhere else, the only time use lose muscle is when you run for miles and miles a day. Also if you want to bulk jsut add the calories that you lost back in by eating more duhhhhhh stearns20.

Is it a good idea to do Chest with biceps one day and then another day back with triceps and another day shoulder with legs (and then repeat with chest and biceps, etc). I know you have to switch it every now and then but im just wondering if that's good. Thanks
