@lesterclaypool1 PRECISELY!!I have known dope addicts for MANY years(**I**never did it,never will)and I have seen this up close in action.Get one of them off of it,or both,and 99.9% of the time there is nothing left between them.Had that been removed from one of them,had one of them gotten clean,or both,and it would've been the end,and it was nearing the end for a long while,anyway.For some reason (purely financial, in my opinion)these factors are always omitted(as well as his infidelity).

Well, my wife and I survived it, but I recognize and am thankful for the fact that we are the exception to the rule. We also had a relationship before the drugs came into play, though. We didn't "bond over pharmaceuticals" as one career junkie whack job once put it.

@DoraMclie Nancy was a very troubled woman who never got any help. She also was an addict, she needed to feed her addiction. Sid loved her enough to get engaged to her so I think people should be respectful, if only for that reason. Also Sid wasn't a saint, in all likely hood he killed her.
