I was happy to see the choice of Grgich Hills Cabernet. I'm familiar with it through my beloved local bistro, Aroma Thyme, in NY's Hudson Valley. So cool when we can share the pleasure and experience of food and drink from opposite coasts.
I took the wine train tour and the food was absolutely fantastic! What a great way to spend the afternoon. Great.

Is he using reconstituted morels here? I saw his draw them from a dark liquid.
