  • Morrowind is still breathing!

  • you wrote: 19:52, 10 April 2010 : "If you have x64 Windows, there is a registry conflict that makes it harder for MGEgui to find those settings, you have to run Morrowind as administrator once and also after installing MGE,"

  • DUDE. YOU ARE MY ****ING HERO. i had to reinstall morrowind due to texture conflicts with night skies all looking "zoomed in". and when i reinstalled i could not get MGE to run right off the bat. i tried debugging for a few hours, came across a post in a forum that YOU WROTE with a fix that FIXED IT!

  • vtastek! i want to add your night sky and twinkle shader to my morrowind. I already have MGE and distant land running. could you tell me what shader and night sky package you are using? provide links if you can?? :) thanks!

  • @arthornt1351

I'm glad you work it out. I think the fix is stated in FAQ too.

I used HDR 2 here.(comes with MGE pack), I increased the bloomscale variable to 12. That did it. But it will be too powerful for daytime probably.

The night sky in the video is original skies. I use vurt's sky right now. You can find all sky mods in PES. (SWG, vurt)

  • @vtastek i have a wierd bug with the sunglare occasionally not being there. if i start a new game its always there, then eventually it will be missing and occasionally come back, on and off. any ideas? i'm quite sure its the original morrowind's glare. i dont use any HDR yet

  • @vtastek you could just become a vampire and pretend that the daylight is to bright for you :)

  • looks good
