  • Separated at birth: = Patrick Kennedy + Spaulding Smails from Caddy Shack

  • what about obama?

  • Wow, what a collection of recessive genes in this joker. Pat, go have a drink and take a drive. It'll calm you down.

  • The best part of patrick ran down teddies crack.

  • THE A.P. IS OWNED BY THE ROTHCHILDS ...CAN U SAY TRAITORS!

  • I don't think this dude got a fair shake in the Kennedy gene pool when it comes to intelligence. As Bentson once said to Dan Qualye, "You're no JFK".

  • thumbs up if you heard this on N*E*R*D's Its In The Air.....awesome song :)

  • patrick kennedy was around during vietnam war???

  • what happenend to the kennedys? its not looking good.

  • The Fredo of the family trying to act tough. This guy is such a joke. If it wasn't for his family, he would've been working behind a counter at 7-11.

  • @cartmanfan0316 I predict the time will come when many Americans may appreciate his criticism of what passes for news coverage in the US. I think many will realize it before 2011 is out.

  • @cartmanfan0316 The myth of america's royal family is wearing thin. Nobody left to pay for the propaganda work.

  • so when a teabagger tells you that "leftist elitists are destroying the country because they arent using a strict interpretation of the constitution, what our founding fathers intended", tell them they are full of crap, and if they knew anything about the constituition, the last thing our founding fathers wanted was a constitution to be taken as the word of god himself. And furthermore, the founding fathers warned us about groups such as the teabaggers in Federalist Papers number 10.

  • Federalist Papers Number 10, Madison explains how factions, groups just like the teabaggers themselves, are a great threat to our way of government. The reason why they set up a republic is to limit the power that factions could have in a direct representative democracy. They were afraid of hotheads like the teabaggers. They wanted to limit democracy, beause a true democracy would be dangerous. why? because of pinheads like the teabaggers and special interest groups in general.

  • Anybody who wants to confront a teabagger, confront them on the fact that while they say the foundation of their platform is to educate people about the constitution, and they want a strict reading of the constitution, "what the founding fathers intended", the fact is that that is exactly not what our founding fathers intended. They wanted the constituion to be amended regulary. Read the federalists papers.

  • Get the fuck out of Af-ganny- stand!

  • this guy is hilarious..

  • No Press!

  • Seriously, an amway commercial?? wtf?

  • You know why I have always respected the Kennedy clan? Because they went into politics to actually represent the people. They didn't go there to get rich, because they already had the money going in. Wonder how a lot of the others can explain why they are millionaires now? hmm

  • @radstorm ahhh come on, do you really think that money is a motivator for most politicians? If they want money, they would be on wall street. ts the power they crave. They want to see their name in lights. They want to call the shots. By the way, did you hear jimmy carter explain the story how Teddy K killed the only chane we probably ever had and will have, for comprehensive national healthcare? Why? Egomaniacal ,shameless self promotion. It wasnt his bill, so kept blocking it.

  • @maroci64

And as long as we're on the subject, let me give you another quote from the Senior Senate Klansman:

"I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds."

Blow THAT one out your ignorant ass, Mr. Party of slavery, segregation and affirmative racism.

  • @BarackMugabe wow. thats a little overly melodramatic, dont you think? The party of slavery??? Christ, 200 years ago, most people had no problem with slavery. You are going to hold that against the democrats?? May as well blame him for heavy handedness in shutting down the whiskey rebellion while you are at it. Blame him for the Monroe doctrine too. How about breaking peace treaties with the Indians? Shameful that was, party of the Indian wars. People are going loopy in this country.

  • @BarackMugabe @BarackMugabe wow. thats a little overly melodramatic, dont you think? The party of slavery?Christ, 200 years ago, most people had no problem with slavery. • @Jellolion1

Nah, not melodramatic at all. 150 years ago, the Democrat party was the party of slavery; then it was the party of the KKK; then the party of segregation; then the the party of Jim Crow.

And today it is the party of Robert Byrd, Harry "Negro Dialect" Reid, and affirmative racism -- handing out jobs, promotions and admissions based on race and skin color.

Whatever the era, the racist Democrat Party just can't shake its obsession with dividing this nation by race.

  • @maroci64

"I oppose using the budget reconciliation process to pass health care reform and climate change legislation. Such a proposal would violate the intent and spirit of the budget process, and do serious injury to the Constitutional role of the Senate.

As one of the authors of the process... the procedures it authorizes were never intended for this purpose.

In letter to Senate colleagues, 4/2/2009.

Then the senile, hypocrite Klansman flipped when pressured by his Stalinist colleagues.

  • Weird how the media was showing Iraq 24/7 but is now keeping quiet about it. Fkn liberals.

  • he is a psychotic, alcoholic, drug addicted nut job. Although he does make a good point.

  • Why do we need to put our troops and "treasure" in the Sudan or Kuwait??? Why are our troops in the Middle East? Why do we feel that we have the right to invade other countries ? Kennedy is correct that the national media is a disgrace, but the disgrace also lies in US foreign policy that supports dictatorships in the Middle East and supports the racist, land-grabbing government of Israel ---support which Gen. Petraeus says HURTS US interests.

  • Go Kennedy, GO!

    Wake up the dogs!

    You are great!

  • @michelinobene85 wow ur a fucking idiot just like him

  • @kevivjun, yes i know. Because thats exacly what your mother said when i made her pregnant. So dont be angry at your father, my son.

  • Where is the drive-by media?

  • Patrick Kennedy and Ron Paul should team up!

  • @Kaowaii Roger that!

  • This is a genuine serious issue. Genuine news coverage! Media has to really cover important news if the people can know what is going on so they can exercise proper influence over congressional representatives. It has sunk really low in recent years and our country is in DIRE STRAITS if we can't solve this problem. Kennedy was passionate and correct in his outburst here.

  • Comment removed

  • He is a true hero.

  • Vietnam war? He was born in '67. What a loon.

  • @zippyweinstein he was having flashbacks from the Nam, dude.

  • Now that pops is dead, there is no one there to tell this drugged up moron to shut up and sit down.

  • This is ONE UNHINGED BASTARD !!!

GO HOME AND HANG YOURSELF ASS HOLE ....fuckin' idiot....

  • I sure share his outrage, if not some of the details, alternatives like Kuwait (??).

More people need to stand up and start yelling about this. The Afghanistan mistake is horrendous and keeps getting worse, so many dead on all sides, while the elites just get richer and richer on contracts and the investment opportunities offered by the soon to be constructed TAPI gas pipeline through Helmand and Kandahar.

War is business. Ugly, dirty, megaprofit business.

  • Sounds like he may have a bullet in HIS brain. Weird guy.

  • i was watching!!!! i love your hair btw :D i'm happy he flipped out to get this issue noticed. it needs attention and the reality should be brought to closed eyes.

  • Truly Edward Kennedy's son.

  • What a woman.

  • ehhhhhh

  • c'est quoi?

  • @derkzukenval huh, funny you sound like the kind of person that I would support pro-choice laws for. Funny how you can tell alot about people from reading their comments.

  • Reminds me of Jerry Seinfeld.

  • LIVIN' IN A VAN... DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!

  • LOL

  • 9/11 was an inside job

  • Why should he get out? This is as much his country as it is yours.

  • GOD BLESS HIM!!! HE MEANS WHAT HE SAYS AND SAYS WHAT HE MEANS! HE SPEAKS FROM HIS HEART AND IT IS SINCEREE i DO NOT HOLD ANY PERSON HE IS RELATE DTO SINS AGAINST HIM. I APPRECIATE HIS CONTEXT AND FURY AGAINST OPPRESSION.

  • I only clicked on the video because the picture on the video looks like he was crying or having some spas attack

  • Someone get this guy a drink....

It's hard to recognize a Kennedy when they aren't wiretapping Martin Luther King, raping women, beating women, killing women, totally trashed on alcohol, getting out of DUIs, not paying taxes on the Kennedy compound, escalating U.S. presence in Vietnam, dealing with the mafia, etc.....

  • @thaikev lol anyone can dip into history to try and score cheap points today. It's for people who can remember things but cannot debate them.

  • Capitalism is evil, capitalists are evil. they hate workers, poor people and capitalists support wars. Capitalist Republican Party voters want to kill us all. Only socialism and socialists can save US citizens, so fuck tea baggers capitalist libertarians nazis !!!

  • It's odd that he went on this rant after several dozen stories about the war in Afghanistan appeared in several national newspapers during the previous week--rendering this oddball rant completely moot. The truth is, the media reports on Afghanistan every day. And, in fact, there's more stories today, March 16. And there were stories on March 13, 14, and 15--national and international stories. So Kennedy here literally isn't making any sense--on any level.

  • Give this man a rifle!

  • Mr. Kennedy totaly has a point. none of the "news" channels have their priorities straight. if it bleeds it leads

  • Rhode Island was the first colony to reject british rule.

  • tacos

  • Omg, you are the only one typing. Dude go outside or something. I'm most likely the only one who even read your text.

  • Actually, stupid, reconciliation was intended for issues related to budgeting. More importantly, those tax bills were passed with bipartisan support.

We're talking now about a radical altering of our society being shoved down the country's unwilling throat, through reconciliation and "deeming" a budget passed that was never voted on (THAT has never been done).

Robert Byrd, author of the Byrd rule, has said this is not a legitimate use of reconciliation.

OK, back to your cage now, chimp.

  • "Natural rights?" What nonsense. Do you think rights were given to people by some supreme deity? There exist no rights not conferred by MEN. And those same rights can be TAKEN AWAY or thought not to exist, in case of blacks during the founding of the U. S. and beyond. So what are you going on about?

  • Yep, just what I thought. Completely oblivious, absolutely ungrateful -- and totally undeserving -- of what has been bestowed upon you.

There are lots of country's who believe just as you do and which offer all that you seek. So why not leave and go to them? Maybe hop in a raft to Cuba, or maybe go to China, where the government will tell you how to live, and you can blissfully exist as the sheep you are.

  • More nonsense. Again, there exist no rights not devised by Human minds. The Constitution may state they are "freely" given (by God, or nature, or whatever metaphor you want to use -- I won't bother quibbling with you over that) but the fact is, rights are a concept, and people create concepts. My point is, and I'm sure many would agree is that there is no universal existential concept of "rights" that exist independently of Human minds. What this has to do with Cuba is beyond me.

  • Oh, and as for slavery -- yes, a stain on the country. However, the Constitution was incompatible with slavery and that is why it could never have endured.

But, if you believe that slavery discredits the Constitution and forever taints it, then I assume you'll never have anything to do with the Democrat party -- the PARTY of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, Robert Byrd and affirmative racism.

    Right?

  • @BarackMugabe It points out to the fact that the Founding fathers weren't as infallible as you want them to be. That you worship people who condoned and participated in slavery. Without coming to that realization that CHANGE is needed the constitution wouldn't of been changed. You say it was incompatible. As to deny that the changes were made at our preference. Not inherit qualities of the constitution.

  • @birdbrain

Nobody ever said they were infallible. But they put a system in place that led to the abolition of slavery; if you had any clue about history, you would understand the issue of slavery was complicated extremely contentious at the time.

Again, for umpteenth time, if you wanna make changes to the Constitution, that's what the amendment process is for.

But if you're offended by the Constitution's association with slavery, why are you associated with the party of slavery & Robert Byrd?

  • @BarackMugabe Lol well I personally am not associated with any part. NEITHER of them can manipulate me as they do you. I have no party. I'm an independent. I know thats hard concept for you to understand, because it involves having to think for yourself. Something you don't do unless fox news or Glenn beck tells you. Shit did fox news tell you whether you could wear boxers or briefs?

  • @Birdbrain5553

So you think being "independent" makes you a unique and independent thinker? No, it's clear what you are and what you believe, no matter what meaningless label you confer upon yourself. You're a down the line leftist, who likes to pretend that not being a member of a party somehow places you above it all. But you're just not very unique, or different, birdbrain. In fact, academia, the mainstream media, Hollywood -- the establishment -- are overloaded with drones like you.

  • For the record, I never said that the American institution of slavery 'forever' taints and discredits the Constitution. My point was about how people often hold the "Founding Fathers" up as sacred cows, or the pinnacle of all that is good and holy and that we can never, ever devise a better or more perfect union than they have laid down. My attempt was to show that it was flawed from the start. But yes, we HAVE gotten better, in part because we have deviated from what was laid down.

  • And really, please don't start with the whole party nonsense. I know my history and I know about the change in party makeup and world view over the years. That is why I am not a member of ANY party. I am an independent progressive. I support the current, modern Democratic party and the Green party because they run on progressive platforms, but I am beholden to neither. If in 50 years, the Republican party had a progressive platform, I would vote for their candidates, too.

  • i feel sorry for the one's in the military. they just need a job. and this country sends them into harm's way for political reasons.

  • we need it in yemin ,somalia, taliban are never going to end lets face it,there all coming from pakistan so its a revolving circle of us killing them and them coming from pakistan to do the same rotation

  • maybe you guys SHOULD pay more attention to the war in Afghanistan that some weirdo tickling people.

  • don't get in a car with this guy, other than that he is right. our media IS a disgrace.

  • jesus fucking christ!

its about time someone in congress stood up against the war in afghanistan

i was beginning to think dennis kucinich and ron paul were the only guys in congress that made any sense

also glad to see a democrat who isnt afraid to stand up against his own party

we need more guys like him

  • @willyjones7

There are quite a few congressmen that are staunchly against the war in afghanistan. The problem is - as this congressman points out - the media. Their coverage of congressional dissent of this war is noticeably absent. If you happen to catch segments on C-SPAN, though, sometimes you'll see more of it.

    Quite a shame, really.

  • @willyjones7 if this guy was speaker of the house, his first act would be to make cocaine legal......im from RI, this guy is an absolute idiot.

  • FALCON PUNCH!!!!!!!

  • .....crap.

Doesn't matter to me whether he's humanity's greatest actor or actually genuine or any variation there of. Just taking at it's face value, I find someone letting emotion go to be intensely soothing.

I submit the more humanity had of this, the less it'd have of war.

  • Has anyone seen his medication? He is Jones'n bad.

  • You fucking moron. Way to dismiss this guy's righteous indignation as missing his meds

  • Do you realize he is addressing an empty room?

  • No he's not, this is part of the full debate on a resolution by Dennis Kucinich to get out of Afghanistan.

And even if it was a empty room, the public, the people will see it on TV and Internet, and that's the whole point.

    Stay informed.

  • @CitizenXification...You tell me to stay informed then argue with yourself about my facts. Inform yourself. The guy is a lame duck, he is on an obvious reduced drug induced rant. He was arrested a year or so ago for trying to drive up an apartment bldg. He blamed going off his meds. If it talks like a duck, and walks like a duck, and quack, quack, quacks like a duck......

  • Ad hominem response. You are attacking the guy's character rather than debating the substance of his argument.

And no I did not argue with myself about the facts. If you were informed, you'd know it's not a empty room, and it was part of a 3 hours long debate on Afghanistan.

And I'm not even trying to defend Kennedy's character, but I'm pointing to the substance of his argument, where you want to change the subject and attack his character.

    So stay informed.

  • All your glorification of the Kennedy's doeasn't matter. The man was speaking to an empty room. He is a lame duck. It is bloviation to it's core. Just another Kennedy that thinks their opinion amounts to a hill of beans. It doesn't. JFK waqs a drug addict and Teddy was a certifiable alcoholic. Robert was our last best hope in this country, he was killed because the sins of his brother. One big happy substance abusive family.

  • Glorifying him? What made you come to that conclusion? Once again, I'm talking about the substance of his speech, and you want to talk about his character and his family.

    Quite frankly, I don't care.

  • @jerdeb4evr You don't know shit you little fucking creep shut the fuck up. Patrick knows what REALLY happened to his uncles.

  • Some people can be real fucktards! Open your eyes and use some fucking common sense, BITCHES!

  • Dear Kennedy: You dont deserve to live in USA, which is a country full of illiterate people who don't know that socialism is the only solution for America. Unfortunately Americans are addicted to burgers, pancakes, pizzas and all you can eat buffets at Shoneys and Golden Corrals. Americans are drugged by food, movies and soap operas. Only socialism can save America, but americans hate socialism. What the hell, this country hates its own solution, so

  • Drugs?

Who failed to see the war covered every day since day 1 as front page news? Drugs?

  • the kennedys have a long and unequaled history in america.......i will say this much..bobby is the only one who gets my respect...he was ruthless...bold..unafraid..honest and good....has anyone ever thought about how many children the three brothers may have fathered?...i think patrick is saying something here about his father ted....perhaps he is preparing the public for a kennedy secret that is about to be released...i have a brother?

  • Funny how easily a child can make you look like such an idiot.

    .

  • Funny how you're gonna lose big in 2010 and lose it all in 2012.

    Eat my fat NeoCon cock.

  • Our Congress is living proof to me that we need Eugenics. Fuck the RIGHT TO LIFE bullshit.

  • I'm pretty sure that extraterrestrials is the most important issue. Not just in the nation but the world.

  • the reason the national press is not covering the war is because it is "OBAMAS WAR" now...

if bush was still president, it would still be plastered all over the TV every freekin 5 minutes...

again.. Barry Soetoro is a complete and utter failure, not to mention a backstabbing liar and tyrant

  • politics are an antiquated system of thought!

  • its showdah say it frenchy!

  • I'm glad this loser will be out of office soon!

  • @samspade1957 This "loser" helped give health care to kids, helped give improve benefits to veterans, wasn't getting anything in return from coporate business unlike the neocons, and donates a quarter of his paycheck to charity.

  • This loser Patrick Kennedy is just what I said, a loser. I'm glad to see the last of the Kennedy's gone. Maybe, this time people will wake up and keep this screwed up liberal family out of offfice for good. Donates a quarter of his paycheck? Hm, he's so rich he could afford to donate all of it. Just saying!

  • He does not "give" anything.

  • Liberals unhinged! Can't wait till November to vote these Obama toe sucking liberals out of office.

I'm glad this resigning loser is the last Kennedy in Washington. Going, going, gone!

  • Fuck You Obama!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fuck You Obama!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Blame Obama! we have a president who cares mostly about Healthcare and not about the wars out in the middle east where our men and woman of the armed forces are in constant danger! The press is on that Chocolate President and his bullshit healthcare reform! I see obama's ugly mug on every channel talkin shit but i never see any coverage of our brave brothers and sisters fighting for our freedom!! Fuck Healthcare and fuck you Obama!

  • AMEN !!!

  • shut up stupid

  • Kennedy boy is right! The press cares more about Obamacare than the brave men and woman who are serving our country! So all you Obamabot Obamacare pussy's can shut the fuck up and pay respect to the real matters!!!!!!!!!!

  • USA is a Nazi Fascist run country that fights wars in the world for profit for the criminals of the world. USA is not a country; it is a war machine with its citizens as the soldiers of their take over and enslavement of the world. the USA is already enslaved by the criminals of the world.

  • candygirl7 pull that Obama dildo out of you're ass and quit putting this country down so!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fuck capitalists !! Fuck republicans and fuck israelis controlling America !! fuck US citizens for being so dumb, and fuck the jewish CNN and jewish FOX news for lying to Americans. and Fuck pancakes, burgers and all you can eat buffets and direct tv and dishnet work for the colonization and stupidization of american population

  • Dear Kennedy: you have to protect your self, your family and socialists from capitalists in America. The Capitalists of USA want to steal the wealth of this land for themselves and kill 50 million americans who are in hunger right now, and rely on food-stamps. Only socialism can save us from Capitalists who wanna steal the gold, oil and wealth of America !!!!

  • maxistsocialist, You are an Obamabot pussy! Socialism is the worst! Pull that Obama replica dildo out of you're ass and wake up child!

  • LOL!! Kennedy is a mess... Buh-bye boozebag... no one will miss you.

  • Did anyone here know that Obama Reinstated the Patriot Act on 2/27/10?

Both sides quit being partisan scumbags and look at the things we agree on. Like the 1st & 4th amendments. right now we as american Citizens arn't protected by the 1st and 4th Amendments. Forget why or How it happened. It is the policy of the US government that your are a Serf, a slave, you are a unit who's sole existence is to pay taxes to your new kings, The Bankers.

  • id vote for him if he ran for president

  • Sorry but you have to rant to get Notice.Banks Closing,Homes Lost,Jobs going overseas,China's Lending us Billions so we can waste more on Wars.If We really want to go after terrorist we should start here at home with gang members,Illegal Aliens an rapist who do more damage than Jihadist..On March 2 2009 A metorite Came very close to destroying Earth,Where was the Media Then?

  • @edisr: exactly!! how many people each year do gang-bangers kill, vs. the grand total of Al Queida caused deaths?

  • I now know there are three guys in the House who are pretty good:

Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, and this guy.

Too bad our White House and Senators are filled with SCUM!

  • Psycho bitch! He needs to check in a hospital for crazy people

  • That would be most of USA government who are on psychiatric and mind control medicines by the Nazis who control the USA. The president after JFK who added more soldiers in vietnam was heavily drugged and after leaving office, he was put in a NY mental institution where he died.

  • Wow. Finally. This is passionate and it's accurate. How many Vietnams does our country have to experience before we understand that our soldiers are precious resources, not just fodder for "national pride." Most Americans, like me, would defend their country to the death. But before that price is paid, I'd like to make sure it was worth the sacrifice.

  • Isn't Iraq the most important place they should be? Vast oil reserves, geographically located in the center of the cauldron of Islamic hate towards the west, and Iraq has the most promise of becoming a democracy. Iraqi democracy may have effected the youth of Iran to rebel against theocracy. Sad as it may be, Sudan is not the most strategically important conflict on engage in.

  • @iSAW7 u selfish evil bastard, thinking about ur self interests or ur country's supposed self interests in ur mind other than the being of other innocent human beings in Iraq who have nothing to do with the war on either side, women and children, innocent elderly people, good decent hard working fathers, u son of a bitch u should shoot urself u stinking bastard, don't u dare call urself american let alone a human being!

  • We have to be MORE like this guy!!!

  • have to appreciate a fellow loose cannon

  • Run for Prez. This country owes you that.

  • Lastly, I'm not sure extremely limited government is the way to go in this nation. Considering the history between the government any the many disadvantaged groups that make up Americans, the government should not be limited to help those who need the most need. Now, I am in favor of a efficient government, one that is not beholden to greed or corruption, but I believe a severely limited government, one that most of the founders envisioned, is not viable and equatable in today's society.

  • @Dyakki The founders envisioned a federation of nation-states populated with people governing themselves. With the people choosing freely to live in a state or community where the laws reflected their values. I don't think the central government in Washington is any better at resolving the grievances of the alleged disadvantaged groups than state governments. You just don't trust the idea of people governing themselves. You believe in philospher kings ruling over a unitary utopian society.

  • The people are the government. This has nothing to do with "philosopher kings" or whatever such nonsense you mean. However, a utopian society WOULD be good. Is that not what the progression of society and societal advancement is for? Aren't we better than we were 1500 years ago? Would you rather live 300 years ago or in the present day? Hm? All I want is a government that is both accountable and also understand it's responsiblity to its citizens. A far cry from what you think I want.

  • Well, that's a very enlightened sentiment. And no doubt, your life experience has made you far more wise than the Founding Fathers, who you think should be discarded along with the Constitution.

Unfortunately for that view, however, the Constitution is the law of the land. If you want to change it to something else, then you should go through the amendment process.

We already have far too many rogue judicial activists with that attitude, making it up as they go.

  • Indeed, and I will fight with all of my might to see it changed, just as it was changed before to allow greater freedoms and equality for all people, a notion many thinkers and politicians at the time of the founding of America would have scoffed at. We have grown from that time, my friend. Why can't you see that? Transport anyone from 1700 into 2010, and I'm sure they'd find our world, our laws our governance quite alien.

  • Duh, of course we've changed.

However, the general principles upon which the Constitution were written will never change.

But if you wanna change the freakin BASIC foundation of our government system, do it legitimately through the amendment process, as has been done many times before.

Don't just deem some of it "out of fashion" and ignore or arbitrarily rewrite it (judicial activism). That's called "lawlessness" and is, yes, tyrannical.

  • @BarackMugabe I just love the way these brain dead tea baggers talk about the constitution like it is the word of god. The people who wrote the constitution were mere mortals. The had envisioned that a constitutional convention be assembled on a regular basis to adjust it to current times. That never happened. We pick and choose to follow what is convenient.

  • @Jellolion1

And I love the way brain dead leftists talk about the Constitution as if respecting it and adhering to it is optional. It's not the word of God -- just the law of the land, like it or not. And I know you don't.

Sure, the men who wrote the Constitution were mortal, but I think I'll bow to their wisdom any day over people who would blissfully and eagerly hand over their liberty to the state.

Yes, leftists pick and choose what is convenient. Which is exactly the problem.

  • @BarackMugabe thats EXACTLY what you are doing, elevating the fopunding fathers to religious figures.Thomas Jeffereson owned about 150 slaves, and he humped a different slave mamma every night. How can men who lived 250 years ago understand the issues we face today? Do you even know anything about the founding fathers?Have you read the Federalist papers? They wanted the constitution to be plastic, not rigid. The whole purpose of the Judiciary-federal judges-they were meant to INTERPRET the document

  • @Jellolion1

"The whole purpose of the Judiciary-federal judges-they were meant to INTERPRET the document "

Correct. But that's not what leftist judges are doing. If we wanted them to make the laws for us, we'd put them in the legislature.

  • @BarackMugabe since when does a freakin judge MAKE laws? You are clueless. Every lawyer builds his case up on precedence. Judges dont MAKE laws, they interpret the law. You dont even understand what the debate is about.

  • @Jellolion1

"since when does a freakin judge MAKE laws?"

Since about the 1930s, when leftists started ignoring he Constitution to force their personal policy preferences on the nation.

Ever heard of Kelo? Perfect example of leftist judicial activism, redefiing the meaning of public use to public benefit.

Yes, knucklehead, judges aren't SUPPOSED to make laws. But they do. THAT'S the freakin point.

  • @BarackMugabe hmmmm, obviously you dont even understand what a LAW is, do you?

  • @Jellolion1

I actually didn't expect a grammar school retort from you. Maybe I should have.

Just to spell it out, because obviously you need it, the justices have taken up the role of the legislative branch, and have effectively imposed laws and policies on a populace which did not ask for them, nor ever wanted them.

And why? Because the public rejects the left's perverted view of society, and so the radicals force their agenda on an unwilling populace through the back door.

  • @BarackMugabe again, more bullshit generalizations. I want to know WHAT LAW has been put in place BY A JUDGE. Tell me. Lets here your facts. Give me a single law that has been put in place not by congress, but short circuited as you so claim, and has been instituted by a judge. Come on, Just TO SPELL IT OUT??? Why dont you spell it out? . Lets have the facts. I want to know WHAT LAW, SPECIFICALLY!!! The way you say it, there must be a bunch of them, yet you cant name even one!!!

  • @Jellolion1

    There's no need to panic.

As I noted above, one of the more egregious examples was forced busing. But there are countless examples. And I'm confident that, with a tiny bit of research, even you might be capable of unearthing dozens of such examples. I'll give you a head start: Google "Warren Court".

    Go to it, champ.

And for God's sake, don't get so frantic -- you sound as if you're going to pop a blood vessel.

  • @BarackMugabe hey loser, you said it is common practice for JUDGES to INSTITUTE LAWS. I am not asking for the name of a supreme court cheif justice, I want an example, JUST ONE EXAMPLE, of a law that has been instituted by a judge, short circuiting the usual process of laws being created in the legislative branch of government. You talk and talk in circles, but it is all BULLSHIT!!

  • @Jellolion1

Perhaps I'll address your juvenile rhetorical games later, after you've had a chance to take your valium and calm down.

Please accept my apologies -- I hadn't realized how mentally fragile you are, and I feel a bit responsible for having sent you over the edge.

  • @BarackMugabe OK. You are slithering away I see. Your not going to bother to even make an attempt to support your claims I see. No, you cant even name a single law instituted by a judge, yet you go around repeatedly making the claim. Hey, you should thank me for educating you about the constitution. I hope you go forward and read the rest of the Federalist papers and stop with your ignorant, gross misrepresentation of the founding fathers intentions and the constitution.

  • Respond to this video...No, I wont ask you anymore to validate your outrageous claims, because I know you cannot. For your claims are manufactured propaganda, to attract the naive and foolish to propel your political ambitions. There is not truth behind what you say, and you know it. Perhaps you are simply repeating like a parrot, what your handlers told you to say. You never bothered to check the facts, until........until you met me. Yes, I take all the credit for enlightening you.

  • Respond to this video...Hey, I think I am going to start a new political party, based on the constitution and the founding fathers REAL intentions. The cornerstone of my party will be education of the people about the constitution. I will show them that there are fascist extremists out there spreading lies about the constituion, people who call themselves TEABAGGERS,

  • Respond to this video...If you were any smarter, you would know the path you are espousing has been well traveled though history. Focus on the "intentions of the founding fathers", what their ideas were for the country. I know very well that if your group of neofascists ever got any political power, the constitution would be the first casualty. As far as that goes, the constitution is already a casualty, because TeaBaggers completely misrepresent it.

  • Respond to this video...There once was one young man who followed a similar populists path as your teabaggers, focused on things such as "original intentions of founding fathers", anti immigration, anti gay, "traditional values". That man was no other than ADOLPH HITLER!!! Once he got power, he killed off the rag-tag band of supporters that brought him to victory. He had no use for those losers. Thise pinheaded , propaganda spouting, clueless losers.

  • @Jellolion1

    LMAO!

  • Respond to this video.. Anybody who knows anything about history knows the irony in history repeating itself. What I am trying to say, to warn you about, is that if your group gets power, you had better watch your back. The first order of business will be securing his power by sending all of his campaign workers off on a new mission-to meet their makers.

  • @BarackMugabe I am still waiting for that rodent boy Barackmugabe to tell me what law has ever been instituted by a judge.

  • @Jellolion1

I guess reading isn't your strong suit. Nor is common sense.

Tell us, Jello, which legislative body voted for forced busing?

  • @BarackMugabe you really have a bug up your ass about forced busing. Whats wrong? You didnt like having to go to school with black people? Too bad thats not an example of a law either. The law was desegregation, and it wasnt instituted by judges. It was interpreted by judges.I am sorry, I cannot give you the education that you so woefully lack, as this medium simply is not sufficient. But you really should try to learn what a law is. No need to respond, I am laughing myself out the door.

  • @Jellolion1

And, of course, no incoherent Marxist rant is complete without the race card.

Which is always amusing coming from supporters of the party of slavery, the KKK, segregation, Jim Crow, Robert Byrd and affirmative racism.

Yes, perhaps you should get yourself out the door; you most certainly could use some air. You've wasted enough of your useless existence hilariously trying to use juvenile logic to disprove the fact of judicial activism.

    Amusing though it has been.

  • @BarackMugabe Republicans, party of Realpolitik, look that one up little adolph. Its not ancient history like what you try to bring up. By the way, the next time you try "educating " people about the founding fathers and the constituition, dont forget that the founding fathers were liberal elitists, pro-big government. And you still havent shown me a single law instituted by a judge, but for that matter, you dont seem to even understand what a law is, or what the job of the judiciary is.

  • @Jellolion1

    Hilarious!

Must be a blast living in your whacked out universe. This stuff must go over great at Kos.

  • Respond to this video..and of course that the first thing you fascists do when somebody points out that your propaganda is pure bullshit is that you start calling people marxists.I am not surprised, for that is exactly what your role model, Aldoph Hitler did.Republicans, the party of realpolitik,Stokes and forced teaching of creationism in public schools and trying to block the teaching of evolution in high school science classes.Underneath all fascists you will find a real bonehead.

  • @Jellolion1

    LMAO!

    Demented.

I've never had my own personal deranged stalker before. It's much more fun than I ever imagined it would be.

  • @BarackMugabe now that you mention it, yes, it is kind of fun pointing out your obvious hypocrisy, contradictions, and flat out misrepresentation of the constitution and the ideas of our founding fathers- our liberal, pro-big government elitist founding fathers.
