thats not called disabling dude ^_^ but its only making the sidebar gadget prevent on running on startup. If you really want to disable it, it means removing the sidebar path from the startmenu itseflt
u showed in another vid how to see what programs start and to disable them at startup i did this that way when i did alot of other programs it was very usefull cuz i start in about 30 seconds from after password is entered till its fully loaded instead of around a minute ten seconds thanks fr both vids
