Rubish - show respect for your own lyrics - I have always admiret artist - that can be poet - painter ect. - or as you singer an songwriter. You are yur own therapist
- an earn money on it :)
I especially love "I hate the role they gave me" - " I feal the ghost inside of me".
Nothing to do with self- indulgence - but very spirittually :) wonder if you have that aspect on your life an lyrics ?
I've edited and uploaded a NEW longer version of PART 3, with slow acoustic versions of Always The Last To Know and part of This Side Of The Morning. Plus hear Justin's view on pole vaulting and the 2012 London Olympics. It won't let me post the Link here but you can find it by typing Justin Currie: So Many Souls To Steal (Part 3 NEW). Enjoy!
"spit in rain" is one of my fave dels' tunes - just brilliant. if they'd placed this on an album and released it as a single, might have been as big as "roll to me", or at least damn close. a near perfect song, with much more depth than "roll".
that said, the dels never had a decent video made for ANY of their songs - closest they ever came was for "driving", but otherwise, as all the edited old clips make clear, justin never looked comfortable lipsynching, and whoever directed them was a dolt
