Guys i need ur help pls, i have this product and am running fs9, the problem is with the A330-200 , when i select emirates or etihad airways A330s and start the simulator, the airctaft sinks in the ground half of it ... anyone faced the same problem ? would appreciate ur help .. thankss

How come my A330 and A340 is missing texture and there is sometimes no VC and when there is it is blank with no text or words

@markjjblackops I am not sure, try Just flight or the CLS support forums. Make sure you have downloaded and installed all available service packs from Just Flight/CLS (depending on where you purchased it)

An easy difference between the A340 300 and the A340 500/600 is that on the 300 it only has a 2 wheels on the middle main gear but on the 500/600 it has 4 like the rest of the main gear

hey, the FMC on this aircraft is 'lite' it is not fully working but it can be used to calculate V speeds and also to edit your route. It is ok when flying manually but none of the airbus fly by wire system is modelled correctly. yes it does have TCAS

How can you taxi to the gate after landing in Julianna airport?

hey thanks, its just the same as any other airport. tune into juliana ground on your atc window, then request taxi to gates or parking (whichever preffered) then click 'turn on progressive taxi' a line of yellow arrows should then appear in front of your aircraft, you then follow these to your assigned gate/parking spot. hope this helps :D

Very good landing...but how do you extract a saved flight video from FSX?

hi, you do not record a flight video but use a seperate program to record it. the program then saves it as a video file which you can use in your video editing program and then upload it to youtube. the program i use is called fraps. hope this helps :D

No I bought it from fs pilot shop+ I downloaded SP1 and its still the same....Also the download contains a330/a340 aircraft from CLS...

Im not sure if this is normal but the vc has some buttons blurry. Is this normal? Is there a possible fix for this? Btw I dont have SP1. If SP1 fixes the problem please tell me. ;)
