Yes his yars of training with Jiraya, all he learned was how to more moves with shadow clone... and a useless rasengan which he doesnt use...

He ddnt get faster stronger anything.

Well he did learn how to dispell Genjutsu which once again didnt help him cause itachis gengutsu was too strong.
