  • great !!

    Grazie

  • thank u so much

  • bel video. non ascoltare questi quattro arrapati inglesi!

  • Hey Alex,

I like your video and it sounds good. That's the bottom line. It doesn't have to be 100% like the Final Countdown solo. If I want that, I'll just listen to final countdown. I understand your lesson. I listen, hear, watch and learn. Grazie.

    Rob

  • HOLY SHIT IF U CANT SPEEK ENGLISH DONT TRY AND TEACH A VIDEO

  • @duckiboy100 "SPEAK" not "SPEEK" ... hahahahha

  • @duckiboy100 HOLY SHIT IF U CANT SPEAK ENGLISH THEN DONT PLACE COMMENTS PPL DONT CARE ABOUT

  • @duckiboy100 Go fuck yourself u prick. He made this video to help every1 that wants to try and get this one down. You ignorant piece of shit learn some english grammar yourself b4 flaming others. Wipe-ass...

  • Scale that is...

  • @nemesisrogue dude, really? Why don't you show us how it should be played. I bet you can't even play a simp,e pentatonic sacal

  • Dude, WTF?!??! Have you even heard the solo? It's not easily, even tempo like you're illustrating. 99.99999% of You Tubers play it WRONG just like YOU!

The solo is SYCOPATED - it alternates between 16th & 32nd notes. You can HEAR it!

STOP trying to teach when you CAN'T play it!!!

  • @nemesisrogue

    really? huahuahuahuahuaaaaa!!!

  • @alexyellow Yeah, really.

  • @nemesisrogue And that's your comeback? I understand. It's hard to argue against FACT.

  • @nemesisrogue How is that a Fact? If that was a Fact then why havent i heard of it? and plus many people call the strings on the guitar 3 names "note,Fret and string" so ya

  • @waepaenow Why haven't you heard of it? No idea. My guess is because you're a moron. And no, people do not mistake 32nd note, 16th note, 8th note et al for frets. Only you, because you are a moron. So if that is all you've got then........

  • @waepaenow People do not call the strings of a guitar "note" or "fret". All 3 are different. Non guitar playing monkeys like you may mix them up but as said, that's because you're a moron.

  • @nemesisrogue atleast i have one boy Lol

  • @nemesisrogue its not what your mom said last weekend ;)

  • @nemesisrogue You keep yours at your guitar-hero. U wannabe. Take a hike plz.

  • @nemesisrogue theres no 32nd fret ._." Lol

  • @waepaenow I said 32nd notes - not 32nd fret.

Try and get your facts right before you LOL.

  • Nice guitar!!!!

  • You are a great teacher on video. I like how you are showing hwo to do this in slow play, rather than just showing the solo and letting everyone figure out what you are doing if that makes sense to you!

  • @bigun1999999 Wow! How ignorant can somebody be? Why don't you learn Italian?

  • @bigun1999999 Why do people always think that everybody on youtube should speak English. They are others languages too!

  • thanks alot man

  • bad lesson

    wrong accent !!!!

  • so this is what I'M playing not what John Norum used to play on his records because

I'm not a GUITAR PERFORMANCE CLONER like kids.. and probably like YOU, I'm a GUITAR PLAYER and I like so much what I can do with my guitars... with music..

  • ... so this is your interpretation of this solo, but the title is The final countdown solo and thats why I noticed some mistakes... dont get me wrong... I'm just trying to play this solo last days and I wondering how John N. could make such a great pattern...

  • But when theres a lesson you should do whats on the record on not what you think sounds good . . .

  • ohh because all in the world have to speak fucking englsh ...

  • @OldShatterhand1985 ...how could u say lyk dat..its almost perfect

  • Haha patetico cretino...spariti un còlp tal cjaf biaat rincojonìt!

  • its lacking

  • grande lezione!

  • Super job! Your tutorial is excellent and has been a massive help to me in learning this tricky solo

  • weee grandissimo bellissimo asssolo degli europe!!!

  • en ingles por favor?

  • i think he's italian, not spanish ;-)

  • lol he makes it look easy...

  • che pickup hai al ponte ?

  • que?

  • I agree with szymonwoj1. You're playing the right positions and notes, but you're not consistent with the tempo. It should consist of 16th notes with 32th notes. The little pull-off in every chord(/arpeggio should be 32:s. I suggest you get some sheet paper and write it down, it's easier to see. I didn't mean to be out of order, just to help you a bit...

  • So, why do you speak if you have knowledge to perform this solo perfectly?

Put your personal performance of this solo please so we all will be illuminated

  • almost perfect, the problem with the solo is its uneven accentuation due to the shorter lenght of the pulled-off note and the one preceding it, the right pattern includes 6 notes (you play them, but you have to distribute them differently, the two mentioned notes are shorter - you have to fit them into the rythm) but should be played as a 5 note pattern (the two mentioned notes are of the same length as the remaining separate notes, thus 6-1=5) within 4/4 rythm pattern = uneven accentuation.

  • I think you are nit-picking to be honest...as you say..'almost perfect'. It sounds very close to the original to me

  • Slow down the solo with any software and listen which notes are accentuated

  • don't even bother reading their comments. They don't realize that the tempo IS the same, but you are changing the groupings....JUST LIKE JOHN NORUM PLAYS IT.

  • Comment removed

  • yes, the tempo is the same, can it be different? the problem is that he is NOT changing the groupings

  • to my ear he is. maybe not when he slows it down, but defenitely in the real time version at the beginning. i can hear the timing change

  • it's is alter picking or sweep bros?

    plz help me :(

    i'm amauter

  • its a flick off and hammer on.

  • its alternative , as you up pick , but you may call it sweeping too but i dont really call it sweeping unless its up to three strings which this isnt , but its kinda like upward and downward sweeping, but we call it alternative though

  • theres sweep pickng with 2 strings man

  • hair band is placed out of the fingerboard, watch out; I only use it when I play 8 fingers tapping placing it about at the 3rd fret

  • Forza italia! well done, nice playing.

  • Alex sei un grande! Grazie

  • Thank you very much!

    Great lesson!

  • one word: great!!!

  • ok, you should know what youre gonna talk about before you start, i know spanish, its my first language, and this is definitely not spanish, i dont know wtf it is, but i know its not spanish, but at least you can see how its played and if not there are a lot of other videos

  • The languages you can hear in this video are Italian and English.

In what other "wtf " languages you want to hear about learning to play this solo?

  • sorry if i was rude, it was definitely not my intention, all the opposite, i just wanted to let everyone know that this wasnt spanish, that i had no idea what it was but i knew it wasnt spanish, i really appreciate the video... in the comment i meant to reply to the one that commented before me

  • AHG!!!! Spanish!!!! WTF!!! This is english youtube not spanish. WTF why dont you post this in english please fuck!!!!

  • What is this too guitar. What is your name?? if you please

  • very good. if someone cant follow you on this they need to downgrade to bass. lol

  • You call this a lesson? You don't even explain how you play, you just show it - Call this: "solo slowmotion" instead!

    Thanks anyway...

  • Comment removed

  • Some words from his mouth would be great.

  • Just because you don't speak Spanish doesn't mean he's not explaining it.

  • Nice :D
