  • i hate obama

  • breakin freaking news XD

  • (remember me) lol. I put a vote in for nobody, but gave a sympathy vote to Nader, for sticking in there so long!

  • Also, the Illuminati are the most powerful people in the world! nah just kidding, or AM I?

  • Hey! :) I voted for Obama and this was the first time I voted. It was a historic election, for sure, and we're going to the Inaugaration in DC!!

  • No Way!! That is freaking amazing!! I wish I could go. It would be awesome.

  • I live in Canada, but I think that Obama becoming the next president of the United States is really good. Not just because he is the first African American president, but because I feel like change is key to the US and Canadian economy right now. Although change takes time, I think Obama will help North America in great ways. Although it is possible that anyone can help the economy. I just have a feeling this man will do good in 2009.

  • You said "a black man is the most powerful person in the entire world" whats with that? how is he the most powerful person in the entire world? maybe in the US, but not the world.. thats so American of you... i retract this comment if you correct your statement.

  • It is a common thought in America that the President is the most powerful person in the world. The reasoning behind this is because the President is in charge of our Military, and thus can pretty much do whatever He or She wants. Congress can counter the President, but not before He or She does some massive damage.

All the same, I personally consider the President to be little more than a "puppet king." Still, it is quite a bit of power for one person to possess.

  • Plus, despite how unpopular American Government is with the rest of the world, it is undeniable that the USA has a great deal of influence. With a Mascot like the President, it can be argued that He or She is in fact the most powerful person on the planet.

Still, the statement I made is perhaps a bit inaccurate. I make no apologies for it, however, because He or She still holds quite a bit of power. Right now, Mr. Obama is scheduled to be that Powerhouse called the President.

  • I'll tell you where I'm going...to get a soddin' beer. Your Inane dribble has driven me to it!

Your a pale (very) imitation of Phil D and your monotone drone is about to drive me into deep slumber!

Yours with affection from the Isle of Britain :(

  • I didn't even know about Philly D. until about two weeks ago. Honestly, if you have nothing nice to say than don't say it.

  • I can actually watch it now!!!! But he technically hasnt won yet, he most likely will, but the electoral colledge needs to vote still.

  • Actually, he has won purely from the fact that Mr. McCain has dropped out of the race. Technically Obama is the only candidate now, so he is the only one who can win. He's already picking out his White House Staff. YaaY!!

  • Lol I haven't really been paying attention, and one of my teachers said that she thinks he's going to be asassinated within 3 months... I kinda doubt that though, if they even get the idea that someone wants to kill him they'll have him very heavily protected...

  • They won't be able to assasinate Obama unless the Illuminati want him dead. As they are the main reason why he was elected, I think that would be wasted money on their part. But I do not really know much about the goings on of their mind. So long as they do their thing, I'll do my thing, and we can do our things together.

I'm glad when we can all get along.

  • Doubt it. I'm pretty convinced the U.S. is gonna get bombed... :\

  • Why?

  • Everybody hates the U.S. lol

  • Man that sucks.

  • Why does it suck, Mate?

  • The majority of his votes were ignorant ones because people said they wanted to be a part of history and he's very inexperienced. I also don't agree with his views on the war and on the economy.

  • That certainly makes sense and I respect that. I don't honestly know what his views were. I didn't vote for him, I'm just thrilled that things are changing. YaaY!!

  • Hey Bujio, it's chipbraswell. Good job, buddy. Unfortunately last night I was being a lightweight and couldn't drink that much.....

But we did it. History was made and I think the American people have elected the right man at the right time. One of the greatest presidents in our brief history was another skinny man from Illinois, Abraham Lincoln. He was able to begin the transition to reunite our country, and I hope that President Elect Obama can do the same.

  • I do too, Mate. I really do. I appreciate you watching my video. Hopefully it will all turn out for the best, yea?

  • O*B*A*M*A F*T*W

  • Right on!!

  • i was hoping Obama would win great video

  • I'm really thrilled!!

  • Yayyy =)

  • Isn't this thrilling?

  • Yes it is OBAMA FTW?

  • OBAMA FTW!!

  • Glad Barack Obama has won. Its brillant news.

  • Hey Barry!! This is exciting news, isn't it? This is History in the Making. This is proof that anything can happen. Hopefully this will prove to be a good move for the entire world.

    Obama. Llama. Duck!

  • Goodluck I thought Obama would win. Our Government's for the past 15 years atleast has done all the wrong stuff for Australia. Perhaps not everything was wrong but most things. I just hope your president will be good ;)

  • I do too.

I actually pissed a bunch of people off by not voting. But that's okay. I'm still excited about what is going on now. Cheers!!

  • What do you mean you didnt vote, Isn't it against the law not to or do you have a choice. Here in Australia once your 18 you have to vote or be fined heavily.

  • In America we have the right to not vote.

  • Thats pretty cool, I probably wouldn't vote if I had the choice to be honest. I know I should to care about my country etc but yeah :P

  • I care very much about my country, but I didn't really want either of the two candidates in office. I'm really glad that Obama made it, though, for the sheer fact that change is afoot.

  • understandable... so are you saying you would have been excited for mccain?

bc like my teacher said, if your apathetic, one side always think your for the other side.

  • yea, i heard about that, apparently most of you guys really don't care anyways, since half of the votes have bart simpson and what not written on the ballot.

thats why no on wants to force it in usa, we'd rather encourage bc then ppl actually CARE, I have to care since it determines if i can get a job, student loans to attend uni, healthcare for folks who have cancer but no insurance willing to cover them, thats why

plus, i sure as heck cant allow another bush in the white house

  • yes, im mad too. next election, please go vote, get involved.

young ppl said they'd go and vote never did and then bush got in and ran us into the ground! think about the ppl that died just to you a chance

  • Most powerful person? I wouldn't say so - he can't do too much without Congress's approval.

  • He is definitely the most powerful person. He can do whatever he wants. Sure, he has to have congress's approval, but he has 30 days where his word is law before he must succumb to the congress's decision on anything. Which means he can fight an entire war in 30 days. If congress doesn't approve he has to call the troops home...but 30 days of God hood is more powerful than 1000000000 years of mortality.

  • OBAMA IS SPICY!!!

    (spicy good)

  • Spicy is very good.

  • YES HE DID!^^

  • We are in an exciting era. This is the beginning of a new generations.

  • Yes.. but let us hope he'll be Better. We all thought the same way for Bush in 2000 remember?

  • No, I don't remember. I was sad when Bush got elected. I wanted Gore to take it. :p

  • I didn't want Obama to win... and why does it say the vid is no longer available?

  • It shouldn't say it's no longer available. It works for me. Cheers!!

  • :( I cant watch it!!!

  • Poor you. :(

  • :( I need a hug

  • :: hugs hugs ::

  • Yaaaaay!

  • Isn't it thrilling?

  • I'm pregnant.

  • Is it mine?

  • I think so, but the tests arent back yet... what should we do!?!

  • Well...let's keep it quiet until we know for sure, yea?

  • Ok... what if it is, and Kay finds out?

  • Than we are both dead. :P

  • lol nice job

  • Thank you. :)

  • you're actually not the first person...

  • I was too. ;)

  • oh well.

  • Oh well. I tried. It is exciting though, isn't it?

  • of course it's exciting!

  • What do we say to something like this. We have come so far...a hundred years ago he would be in chains. Now he's running the country. Yes!!

  • "Now he's running the country..." ...into the ground. Yes!!

(though apparently a majority of Americans have a different opinion, so who am I to talk?)

  • Ha ha Ha!! We shall see, won't we? I'm pretty excited over the whole deal, and I didn't even vote for him. :)

  • hmm, no comment there :)... frankly, as long as I live in this country, I'm subject to whatever authority has been placed over me, so I don't really have a whole lot of choice in the matter.

the point is, we've got a new President on the way, and I need to do my part as a responsible American citizen to stand behind him even if I disagree with his stance on literally almost every issue this country is facing. isn't it great?

  • You make it sound a bit like communism. What a crazy world, yea? I feel about the same as you. Cheers!!

  • ironically, that does seem like what Obama's after, and shamelessly so.

I won't deny that America is going to endure a lot of change in the next 4yrs, but I need to remember not to blacklist Obama *no racist slant intended* before he's had a chance to prove himself. who knows, maybe it won't be as bad as my gut instinct tells me?

(I also need to remember that other countries have it much worse than America, and I think we might find ourselves shaken out of our complacency in the years ahead)

  • Personally I think we need a little wake-up call. It's time to stop forcing our beliefs on others, sitting fat and calloused in our lazy boy chairs, munching on Doritos. It's time to do something for the greater good. Cheers!!

  • Congrats Obama!

  • Congrats Obama!!
