you can only get the odd keystone by talking to a person underground 32 times, going to the west tree in twinleaf towns pond, and by getting lucky underground

no, you must go to old cheateu at 12:00 midnight, then go upstairs to the bedrooms and press a in front of the tv in one of the rooms, then it should say, the tv is moving would you like to kick it, press yes and it will say, so'n'so (whoever you are) kicked the tv, and wild rotom appears!
