They have special "clam-cups" with auto driers that wash the sand away from the clitoral area, followed by a sanitization and blow dry- these i understand are standard issue. It's not much longer and the things they cover in that time is nothing special. A week of marine history and basic water survival is not high speed buddy. Not like they're learning the death touch. Actually, USMC Recon is technically not SF, they fall under normal 0300 Infantry Option MOS.

Now, Force Recon, they are a independent SOF "Ready" Marine light infantry which primarily act as forward USMC recon special forces.

Force Recon used to be the primary SF group in the Marine Corps but now MARSOC has "officially" taken over their position in order to recieve SOCOM funding for operations. However Force Recon is still frequently used for SF operations.
