I realy hope you read for yourself, read the background and the context, Qu'ran calls upon defending and killing in combat those who plot to kill you, that is in the case of war, otherwise unless it be for self defense or set by judges that someone commited murder, you canot simply kill. So kill in war, properly, not jus go out and say Im at war and kill, methods of war are listed, please read.
