I weigh 138 lbs, but my dermatologist prescribed isotretinoin only 10mg/day. Is this not under-dosed? Although I only have a mild form of acne, but which did not respond anymore to antibiotics.

@Nee12able there is no long-term effect of Accutane on pregnancy, just while you are on the drug and for 1 month after you stop taking it.
