  • when did u add salt to this??

  • @TheIndianapple :Because no energy without Salt, oye Namaak Shamaak Namaak Shamaak dal dete hain....

  • @chefharpalsingh

mere gobhi ke parathe se pani nikalta hai... aur paratha belna mushkil ho jata hai..its because i dont know when to add salt. besides i dont cook gobhi before making paratha the way u hv shown here. I'm very curious in knowing what is the right time to add salt to gobhi. so that i can try ur version of gobhi paratha. thanks in advance.

  • @TheIndianapple : If using gobi in raw format then first grate and add salt, keep it for at least 15 mins, squeeze and then add spices and use it as a filling. However the cooked format is best....

  • Good improvisation with Pudina. Bookmarked & Faved this recipe. :D

  • @LilacSreya : Yes simple twist to a great dish...

  • Sir Harpal Ji, You are a blessing to all the people like me, who want good home cooked food but do not know ABC of it. I live in USA and I had been sick and tired of eating outside junk food, frozen food, stuff. I was in tears one evening, after eating pizza hut pizza. But that was before I encountered your videos; now I feel confident, empowered AND HAPPY.

How else to put it in words!!

    Dhanyawaad

  • Hello Chef,

Amazing recipe. I always misunderstood Gobi with cabbage (kobi). But now that it is clear i will definitely make this awesome paratha. The way you made the pedha is also very interesting. Thank you.

  • Gobi and Patha Gobi as we know in India are two different vegetables, this one uses Cauliflower to create a magical North Indian breakfast now loved across the country.....

  • @cindysanghvi6

cabbage is called Patta gobhi! and cauliflower is called Phool gobhi not that difficult when you can always ask if it is patta or phool! It is NEVER Kobhi!

I mean neither in hindi nor in ANY north Indian language I know!LO L!

  • Make it with either of them it still tastes good... Gobi------ Patta or Phool,

  • Aap ki recipe to achi hai hi magar aap ka batane aur sikhane ka andaaz bhi lajawaab hai maza aagaya ......shukriya
