We can also raise our vibration through meditation, exercise, showering, massage, and even by eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I fell in love with a man that didn't want to walk down the same path with me. So everytime I think of him, I feel despair and I choke with grief of not having him. I also get super jealous at the thought of him with another woman. Can you please help me?
