@tattootiadog ah i see you go to Oulton Park, ill be theren with my K5 750 on the 16th of this month once Focused bring my bike back from Cartegena, ill bet you my bike against yours that your 1000cc wont eat up my 750 with you riding it
ill give you a buzz when i, next at oulton park mate ..
be a good laugh but ive only done oulton park once but have a look at my track day videos of me at oulton i was in the novice group .maybe next time ill do the inters see how i get on
Erm... yeah... seeing as it's got a bigger engine that's not exactly a major achievement is it mate? If you're comparing like for like then go up against a GSX-R 1000. As I put in the info, it's only 121 bhp at the wheel - I wasn't bragging about it's excessive power, just posting some info.
To put it simply, it allows you to fine tune the fuelling maps on the bike. When you add things like aftermarket exhausts, performance air filters etc it can mess up the stock maps, making the engine run rich / lean. The PC allows you to retune the fuelling, improving throttle response and power output.
I've had my ECU remapped since this was posted, it was running pretty rich before but now it's spot on and really responsive. It's now producing 131bhp and 57.5lb/ft of torque at the wheel.
I wouldnt worry about slightly lumpy fueling pal, it sounds awesome up top, that end can sure adds a nice note to it. Thanks for the vid :)

Your pipe is hella quiet. Sounds like a 10 speed bicycle on a dyno run! Thats why you sound like Crocidile Dundy,......Bloke!

Haha... fair enough. Maybe I should install an ipod and some speakers to compensate then?
Actually no, that would be stupid!

my gsxr750k4 made 126bhp at 12000rpm and 57ft/lb at 10500rpm. mods k+n, laser can and power commander so 121bhp sounds pretty good to me
