The invisible Milotic is due to the old log format. It doesn't say anywhere in the log that Mystique is a Milotic.
Nice that so many people are using the log replayer, pretty soon there won't be much reason to play on wifi at all. I might still use it every now and again for the same reasons I always have, but at least it doesn't have to be mandatory if I wanna post on YouTube.
Also, Celebi doesn't always run psychic, he probably had to choose between Psychic and HP Grass and went for the HP.
Choice band is quite commonly used. As you say yourself, everything is quite bulky, the power is often necessary.
Also, I always though burn cut attack by half, not a third...
