Today, I just figured out what it's actually about. I can't believe it never occured to me before that it's about laying all drugs(incl. joints) behind. Don't get high - get down. It's really a bold song that shows how 311 cares for their fans.

More half of their fanbase consists of drug users I could presume. Amazing balls to put such a song in there(on the special edition bought mainly by fans)

Dude I love this fucking song. You know, before I got Uplifter I was all talking shit sbout it and how crappy it was. Then I bought the cd and sat in my room next to the window with the lyric sheet and read along as the songs played. Im an idiot. This album fucking rules!!! Its only been my second day listening to it and I catch my self singing along to songs from the album. Uplifter is a terrific album and I cant wait to hear this stuff live. To me, it sounds like they took samples of everyone's favorite CD's and made an array of songs on Uplifter to please everyone. This one sounds like it could've just been on Transistor, but if it was, it would've been one of the best songs on the CD. I enjoy how they are applying all their musical improvement to making songs reminiscent, but not ripoffs of their old songs. Although, I still prefer the mixing and production on Soundsystem more than Bob Rock, he's too heavy on Tim's guitar
