  • Nice!!!

  • I for one like that horn...

  • It don't sound bad to me. The European trains and Asian trains all sound like that.

  • Yeah, they all sound like CARP with those single chimes!

  • Maybe they should try the British two-tone

  • I just saw 658 two days ago and it had a really nice sounding horn, wonder why it sounded so bad here. I think someone switched its horn with a SW1200 here!

  • i like the horn lol

  • That's not 654. 654 is a J ball. That's 658, cool catch never the less though.

  • Man thats fucked up.

  • Oops, I meant EJ&E 658, my bad!

  • My god, what the heck happened to 664's horn!!! It sounded fine just about two weeks ago!

  • You should of been there yesterday. There was a CN GP9 in the mix and a highhood SDM. I guess they are done working on that green SD20 in East Chicago, it was there for awhile.

  • Nice!! The horn kinda reminds me of the horns WES had before they were replaced by newer horns by request of area residents. WES is the first commuter rail system for the state of Oregon, they run on the Portland & Western Mainline. I may want to go down to Griffith someday and visit my hometown of Valparaiso as well along the CN & NS tracks.
