@crazedkat3 If all you saw is an ass, then you don't know the movie very well. I picked up the complexity of his character right away. He does what he thinks is right for his people and that got mixed with his own character flaws. It is debatable whether he is actually content with the fact that he followed the tradition instead of changing it. Furthermore he simply overlooks/ignores how human he actually is, despite his insistence to the contrary.

In addition he is so violent that all he can really do in a conflict situation is use physical force, he is the stereotypical Alpha wolf (in actual wolves such a guy could never held a pack together). The whole book is very misogynistic and flat, not to mention xenophobic.

The movie was good - if you never read the book. They completely messed everything up. Gabe was supposed to get the girl. And he was young, sexy, built, and road a motorcycle! Loup Garou should be with other Loup Garou!!! Not some punk meatboy!!!!! ----- AWESOME VID THOUGH!!!! <3
i think vin diesel wouldve made a better gabriel than oliver martinez, gabriel is young, huge, a has a deep voice, vin diesel fits the character completely, they shouldve givin it to him
